David Eldredge at the Seminole Blvd branch deserves a standing ovation for his exceptional customer service skills. He’s a young professional who exemplifies patience and professionalism. It was my third visit to this branch, solely because of David.
He is knowledgeable and thorough. I came in with uncertainty about my matured CD, but thanks to his expertise, I left with a solution that exceeded my expectations. His dedication and willingness to assist made the process smooth and stress-free.

All the staff at the Seminole BayFirst branch are so welcoming. I had an especially wonderful encounter with their banker Dana, who was so kind and patient when helping me. She really made my experience a lot easier, and I definitely will be going back to see her the next time I go in.

Dana has been my banker for years. She used to work at Pnc and then came to Bay first. Dana has always taken care of my banking needs. So I came to Bay First with her. I’m glad I did Bay First has a much friendlier atmosphere. The whole staff is professional, and very friendly. Not to mention, their interest rates are hard to beat. Thanks Dana and everyone at the Seminole branch of Bay First.

Dana Jones has been absolutely fantastic in all services provided to my family and buisness. From opening a Heloc to a money market or even a buisness line of credit.
