Per a reference, I reached out to Laurie DeCresie for a new auto loan and I couldn't be happier as Laurie was absolutely amazing! She was prompt to respond to my last minute loan request and went out of her way to work with the dealership to make sure that I would be able to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled day. Her professionalism, communication and customer service is second to none. To top it all off, I received a much better interest rate than the dealer. I would highly recommend working with Florida Central Credit Union and Laurie!

I'm so thankful I became a member with FCCU! From being educated about the accounts to opening up a Checkings and a Savings here with Laurie. She has been awesome! She made opening loan accounts when I was in a pinch, a painless process! FCCU was there for me for an auto loan, and I also took advantage of opening up a CD account recently. I was in a really bad situation from a car dealership loan. I really had given up and thought there was no solution to my misery, until I talked to Laurie Decresie! She literally talked me off a ledge ?. She went above and beyond to help me with my loan. I cannot say enough about how friendly, accommodating and professional she is. Everyone at this branch is amazing, laid back and real hometown.Laurie made my horrible situation SO much better. I highly recommend doing any kind of business with this branch and Laurie. My 82 year old mother and I had an amazing experience this week at the credit union. My moms husband passed away recently and Tanja Jumrukovska went way above and beyond to help us get the multiple accounts straightened out . She was very thorough and patient and spent almost all morning with us. Tanja is awesome and definitely an asset to that branch!!?. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
