What an amazing and wonderful experience. Alex and Evan are the kindest gentlemen, who with care, removed dining room table/chairs, a coffee table, and two end tables from my house. They did so while keeping in mind the air conditioner was on and our cat was loose. By the way they got Jax's, our cats, approval as well. Bravo!! I cant thank you enough for sending them to help us out! Thank you Mindy for the referral!

The day I went they had so much stuff out you couldn't really see everything, in alot of places you couldn't even get close enough to shelves to see what was there.

They have various items which is nice and different things on sale every day which go to a Good cause. There are also items that are overpriced which I find a little insulting. We are not on eBay here, items need to sell so they can go to this good cause. . Other than that. It’s a great store.

I have been to this store twice now and it is the best thrift store I have ever been in! Well stocked, clean, decent prices, wide variety of items, and a helpful staff. I am a local artist who uses vintage and contemporary jewelry and am delighted to always find something I can use in my art!

Fluff Retail has so many items in the store and it changes every day. The prices are good and the store is clean. They are a step up from other thrift shops. The proceeds from your purchases goes to help the animals they are saving.

On January 30, 2025 I purchased a solid wood dresser and nightstand totaling $198.57 from Fluff’s Stuff Re-Tail Rescue store, 9400 Seminole Blvd., Seminole, FL.
In mid-June, I noticed what I thought were ants, on the floor, close to the dresser. I called the exterminator who regularly services my condo complex and was horrified to learn what I thought were ants, were termites! Since I was quoted an exorbitant amount of money to treat the termites, I called several other pest control companies to see if I could get a lower quote.
The inspector from the third company was honest enough to tell me that the termites were isolated to the dresser and nightstand situated on opposite sides of my bedroom. She identified frass (termites droppings) and showed me the “kick out” hole from which the termites emerged, and said there was no need to treat my entire home. My options were to steam the furniture for $800 or get rid of it. I opted to get rid of it.
For over a week I tried contacting the store’s owner, Kimmie, and each time I called, was given a run around by employees who answered the phone. Finally, today, July 25, I was able to speak to Kimmie and she agreed this is a horrible situation. However, since I had the furniture for five months, she said there is nothing she can do. During our conversation she revealed that two years ago the store had a problem with termites, but each year the store is inspected, and currently there’s no problem. When I pointed out the store is full of merchandise and it would be difficult to see termites, she bristled and offered me a $200 credit to purchase different furniture. Declining, I told her I will NEVER purchase second hand furniture again.
THE ONLY REASON GAVE A ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I WOULDN'T
