All they care about is money.I have my car for service through my warranty at their shop, my warranty is paying tons of money , they charge 260+ a hour for labor and they refused to work with me on a rental deal. Charged me 800$plus. I wasn’t even given a choice of a car or a rate. Get yourself a rental away from them.

Acquired a rental vehicle from this particular location after having our insurance company initialize the rental. Firstly, the car he assigned us should not be available for rental with all the excessive damage it has, multiple dents and dings all around the vehicle, a few I have attached to this review. Brought it to the employee's attention upon him assigning us the vehicle and he states, "I have taken pictures all around the car." Well yeah .. from a measurable distance, whereas the majority of the seen by eye damage.. can be hidden by angles and shadows. Nonetheless I took closeups, as he watched, of each dent, ding, scratch, and discoloration, seemingly in efforts to hide chips or peels in paint. Subsequently I called and made a reservation with another company. So glad I did.. as we returned the car to Hertz less than 12hrs of having it, replenished the gas before dropping it off that same night, he charges me for gas, (seemingly a known tactic in the industry where upon check-in.. the system automatically charges you for a gallon, in my case multiple gallons apparently). Possibly out of spite however... Extremely unfortunate that car rental businesses,.. in this instance, EMPLOYEE, have employed tactics of charging you for fuel when they know very well that gas had been replenished to what was present when the car was initially assigned to the consumer . I'm only happy I had the whereabouts to snap photos of all the damage, as I could only imagine what else he would have charged me for. If given the option to rent from here or another company through insurance purposes.. for sure choose the other company. If you're self paying for a rental... DEFINITELY don't even consider this place. Not saying Hertz is a Bad company.. just speaking solely from my experience at THIS location with said employee. Pathetic to say the least.

Terrible experience with Kevin. Kevin makes the process absolutely horrible for everyone that comes there. You can just tell by his face that he hates his job. Every reply is with a smirk on his face, sarcasm and fake smile. Every time he comes up with some excuse how they dont have cars prob bec he doesnt want to clean them. We had a horrible experience everytime we try to get a car and based on other review i can see they been experiencing the same.

Kevin working there is miserable and hates his job and makes everyone’s experience terrible at this location. He’s ride, sarcastic and the most arrogant employee you will ever deal with. I made numerous complaints about this specific location

This place tried to charge me a fuel charge even though the tank was completely full. I had my gas receipt from right down the street, and a picture in their lot showing the gauge reflected full. Corporate reversed the fees, and while I rent from Hertz often (presidents club member) I will not rent here again. Overall a bad experience as the cars are not in good shape, long check in, rude check out, they don’t answer the phones, and overall a sketchy experience.

I rented an suv for the weekend. Best prices around. The vehicle preformed perfectly, and they're was zero problems at pickup or drop off.couldnt ask for more.

My car rental experience was made pleasurable by Kevin at the 8755 Park Blvd, Seminole FL location. He rented us a car that was in our price range and worked with us to get the car for the amount of time that we needed it. He was friendly and professional. It's a bit tricky finding the location. It's located behind the Service building of the Suncoast Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and in the same building as the body shop office is in.

Avoid this place like the plague. My girlfriend and I attempted to call and ask simple questions over the phone, but when you get transferred to local branch it immediately hangs up without the option of leaving a voicemail. I arrive around lunch time and get to the branch and its very hard to find, but when i do get in the office and noone was there to serve me. i was also there with 4 other groups waiting for a rental car, so i leave. i come back a couple hours later to one clerk working and a long line of customers. after waiting an hour, i was finally being helped by the one clerk working the office, just to find out they dont have my rental car as its already been rented out! they had a full size pickup truck only that was more expensive and larger deposit. i also didnt want to have worse gas mileage so i walked out. I HAD A RESERVATION FOR MONTHS HERE. i went down the street to enterprise without a reservation and only took an entire 15 minutes to rent and leave with a vehicle.

Employee has a bad attitude, never had problems here until this last trip. Couldnt find reservation and sent me away, had to talk to customer service and come backPromised to send an email receipt but never did

Took my car to Suncoast dodge for body work. Hertz located inside and very convenient, easy paperwork nothing like years ago 10 legal pages to read. Fast, clean rental, if you pay upfront online no discount at the counter, military or AARP. Overall fast and easy 10 minutes.

Disgusting rentals beware of the amount of damage on the cars and take pictures just to be safe interior came with lots of different peoples hair and stained seats. Staff not very helpful and also rude.

We want to file a complaint. My wife and I were trying to rent a car, and when we got there, showed the confirmation/booking number and credit card deposit, the guy asked us to use the same credit card for booking. We did and for some reason, the 'machine' wouldn't accept the card. APPLE MASTERCARD. He said there is absolutley nothing he can do about it . He couldn't call anybody, and couldn't change the payment option. He said that we can call the company and deal with it. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! SUPER RUDE!So happy that we have other companies like Budget that we never have problems with. Paid with the same credit card that the guy had problems with. It was a lot of stress for me and my 8 months pregnant wife. WOULD NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH HERTZ AGAIN! hopefully you can hire some people who would care about the customers and do their job... not just sit there with a smile telling us " there is nothing I can do, bye"..
