We rely on Hobson's to deliver honest, trustworthy, and competent service! They never disappoint. Price feels a bit higher than others with whom we work in WI but their quality and timliness is good and they resolve our issues in one visit. Friendly counter staff also.

I had my scheduled maintenance completed at Clearwater Toyota, for my 2015 Toyota Avalon, with approximately 73,000 miles and I was advised by the Service Technician that my front, lower control arms were torn away and that both they and my ball joints had to be replaced immediately at a cost of approximately $4,100.00 He further advised me that it was dangerous to drive it home and that I should have it done immediately! That immediately drew my suspicions since the vehicle was operating fine, with no issues, on the 30 min drive there. So I took my vehicle to Stephanie Hobson, of Hobson's Auto Repair, who had my vehicle inspected and advised that there was some wear, but the front lower control arms were intact and that nothing needed to be serviced at this point. I greatly appreciate their honesty and pledged they would be getting all of my business in the future! I highly recommend this establishment for their honesty, integrity, and care for their clientele! Thank you Stephanie for an honest and accurate assessment of my vehicle!

I have used Jim Hobson for my auto repairs and maintenance for over 30 years .
Hobsons simply said Does it right and does it honestly .
They do not do things without owners full permission and without discussing it with you first .
They do not argue with you .
They inspect and report the REAL findings .
Nothing trumped up or fake.
They tell you the facts about what your auto needs and what can wait for a while .
I had my oil , and oil filter changed , They inspected my engine air filter and although it was anything but new Jimmy told me he thought it can easily wait till next oil change .
I had them fill my tires with Nitrogen to keep the air pressure up and not leak out along with rotating my tires .
A Dodge dealer would have cost me twice as much and they would have done things I did not ask for has been my experience with them.
Simply said You can trust Hobsons to do what is needed and do it right !
