As a past HD cashier employee Home Depot point of sale system was a top on the line!
As a customer wanting to us Apple Pay
I was denied use! I was told that they don’t accept Apple Pay!
Per ASM on duty!
Home Depot as large as they are !
I know that they train the staff that work there!
Ms ASM you lost a 500$ plus sale !
Lowe’s does and did accept APPLE PAY!
Home Depot you need to get with the times!
If you don’t accept Apple Pay !
If you do you need to train your ASM and other cashiers on the process!

Tried to buy a power tool that was locked up. I couldn't get any help. Asked 2 workers and they were too busy to help. The second worker I asked looked visibly annoyed that I even asked. Quit hiring boomers for entry level customer service positions that act like their time is too valuable to do a simple task.

I have had the worst customer service this week from Joe the manager at Home Depot. Bought a washer last Friday that doesn't have an agitator and it doesn't work. You only have 24 to 48 hrs to call them to replace it. And YES weekends count as business days because I called on Monday. Didn't have much laundry to do. Joe states, " I have that kind of washer with no agitator and it works just fine. You must not be using it right " he said he called the manufacturer but they said no they won't replace it either. Beware when they say "48" hrs they mean it. 618.00 down the drain literally. I will be shopping at Lowe's , Joe.

The most ridiculous experience I have ever had trying to order something to pick up.. I asked about an order placed on the 4th, which according to the site was in stock at the store and would be ready the next day.. 5 days later I am still waiting with no answer available online due to an "error" and the online real person "Alex" just closed out the chat without answering a thing, then sent me back to the virtual assistant to re-answer all the idiotic questions I already answered, again.. This is totally idiotic... Actually now I just heard from the bot with an updated pickup date of 4/15, 10 days after ordering...
