“Awesome experience with Lowes delivery which was complete opposite of an order that had to be cancelled after two failed delivery attempts from their competitor. Lowes sends messages updating appropriate delivery times and the drivers personally call to make the process easy. I can’t believe how the delivery experience is 180 degrees from the orange home improvement store!”

“As a small business owner, I always shop local first and that includes home improvement products. However, some times only the national chains will have what you need. When it comes to national home improvement stores, the Pinellas Park Home Depot store is THE only store to visit. We live in south St Pete and drive to the Pinellas Park location. They have great customer service, understand the products and have experienced staff. Special shout out to Katrina L in customer service and Elvis in hardware for going above and beyond. I give the store, Katrina and Elvis 5 stars. However, the Home Depot website loses the store one star because their online products rarely match the actual goods sold! Beware of shopping Home Depot online. ALWAYS shop in person.”
“I had problems with the home depot on gulf to bay with renting a truck. I was about to give up but gave this location a call and David answered. He was very helpful and kind unlike the gulf to bay location . I was extremely frustrated and David made it all seem so simple which I thought it would be and it was.. the other store just could careless.
