Scam! They added someone’s routing and account number. They are withholding my refund. I was not advised of this process. Never in my life has this happened. Be careful going to this location. I spoke with Lisa and she hung up on me.

Very unhelpful and not knowledgeable of my situation made this years tax return extremely stressful and more of a burden I wish I would of never paid for help at this location a waste of 400$ dollars please find a professional that cares about their job most stress I’ve ever had !!!!
