I rented a unit here and spent a couple hours unloading my stuff and I found out they don’t let tenants use their restroom anymore. Ridiculous that a place this size can’t provide a bathroom. I’ll revise my review when a restroom is provided again.

I've been at the storage unit for about 6 months. Very nice and clean BUT Shawn makes this particular place awesome. He has help me navigate though some challenges of moving around units and went above and beyond to help. They have many different options her storage their. And it is just icing on the cake that you get to deal with good people who truly care about their customers. Thank you!!!

Terrible layout. Not much space to unload. Also, will increase your rate 25% after the first 3 months. Won't be a customer for long.

We needed to store some things after Hurricane Helene. We found iStorage and Shawn helped us pick a unit and sign up in no time. IStorage is well located and clean and well kept. The gate system and entry key boxes are well lit and easy to use. I’m glad that my wife found this place.

The Property Manager, Shawn, is courteous and friendly. This is the most well-run storage location we have ever used-and have used many over the years. Always clean, and a safe place for accessing my unit.
