Very bad experience with this shop. I came in to get estimate for repair. The guy in the office did not even acknowledge Im there. He eventually gave me estimate but entire process is very rude and unprofessional - will not never come back here.

We are all dealing with quality of help issues in today's market unfortunately this resulted in a less than favorable, initial impression. What should've been a short turnaround on my truck turned into an extended stay and things weren't 100% when I picked it up.. That being said, Jim and Matt made sure everything was taken care of and I definitely appreciated the follow through and the final product.

First time using Jim's and our car insurance carrier told us they had good experience with them. I've seen a couple of bad reviews from people upset etc. but considering the lack of space and number of cars that are being worked on these guys are magicians! (It almost seems every car accident in FL ends up here) We worked/interacted with Carmine, Matt and Penny and also met Jim there on one occasion. They were all very helpful and did their best to accommodate our schedules for getting two dents on our car taken care of (one on roof and drivers side rear panel). Although we had to bring back to get car reprogrammed when we noticed a couple of things not working, they were prompt in having us come back and fixed everything. My observations while there a few times is that customers expect things done immediately and don't want to be inconvenienced. But there is a reason Jim's is so busy-they do good work!

If I could I would leave negative stars. My brand new 2022 vehicle was rear ended (passenger side) in January of 2023. I took my vehicle to Jim's in February. They had it for 3 weeks when they called to say it was ready. Upon inspecting my vehicle multiple issues were found. There was a scratch in the paint on the back passenger door. The panel that was dented and pushed forward was bumpy and uneven, the panel on the lower back bumper was gouged and knicked like it was drug across the ground. There was a scratch in the paint by the gas tank on the drivers side and below the drivers side taillight it was gouged down to metal. I spoke to Jim the owner and he was very apologetic, never made excuses and said he would have it fixed right away. That was the one and only time he was a decent person. After months of him playing games, never making me a priority and gaslighting me every chance he got he got me in the shop in May. He had me drop off my car on May 3rd and was told it would be done on May 5th. Texted Jim on 5/5 to see if my car was ready he told me no, it was just painted so it needs to dry and will be ready Monday 5/8. I called him Monday and was told it still wasn't ready. I told him he told me Friday it just needed to dry so what's the problem now. He said they don't work weekends, I informed him that no one needs to be there for it to dry. He said it would be done Tuesday. It was not, he then told me it would be done Friday. On Friday 5/12 I picked up my car just to find that there were gouges on my passenger taillight. I mentioned it to one of his detailers , he went inside to let Jim know and the detailer came back out to tell me that Jim said he would order a new taillight and have someone come out to my work so I would not be put out anymore. He didn't even have the decency as the owner to come out himself. A week and half later I had not heard anything so I had my husband call him on 6/2 because I could just not deal with him and his lies anymore. He never replied to my husband so on 6/6 I texted him and he told me he would need to order the taillight even though 2 weeks prior he told his detail guy he would order it then. On 6/20 I texted him cause I hadn't heard anything for a couple weeks. He then told me he had had the taillight for a couple weeks sorry. He said he would have a worker come out 6/26 to install it. On 6/26 I texted him about what time the guy would be coming out. He texted me back that it was going to have to be 6/27 from 9-12. He again played games with me and was delaying this. I texted him that I was sick of everything and I was going to stop by after work and pick up the taillight. So after almost 4 months of going back and forth, his lies and just general bull I am now going to do this myself cause I can't deal with him anymore. I tried so hard to be understanding and patient all Jim did was take advantage of what he considered a weakness. The only times I got him to do anything was when I was assertive and obviously pissed. This man is lying, gaslighting coward! I would highly recommend to anyone to run as fast as they can away from this place and find somewhere else!

Tow truck didn't like how my car looked while backing into a parking lot. Deep scratches and one dent in the door. Right side door had a deep "ding" earned at the super market. Thanks to Jim's my car looks like it just came out of the showroom.Services: Painting

Very friendly easy to work with. They do great work. There was an employee named Dave he was very helpful told me what I needed to fix my situation. Best customer service I have ever had.

I would strongly suggest that nobody use the shop, I have had nothing but bad experiences with my dealing so far. Stopped in Monday for an estimate walked in the office. No one even acknowledged me for a few minutes. Finally some guy came out of the back looked at the car made me fill out all this paperwork Then told me to go back inside, I let him know that I did not have time for that as I had various appointments and many other quotes to get told him to contact me later . that evening I had not heard back so I called again left a message for him the next day still no response called two more times and left messages never to be contacted back terribly rude service and totally unprofessional. I’m starting to believe they are prejudiced against anyone who doesn’t carry insurance, as that was one of the first questions she asked me unfortunately I cannot afford insurance which is why I have to shop the quotes around too many places shame on you gyms never heard back at all
