Friendly polite and helpful staff. Easy check-in, only about 5min wait time (with appointment) and painless blood draw. Pleasantly surprised after really bad experiences with other locations.

I used this facility when I lived in this neighborhood. Extremely Excellent care. The last time used one in my new neighborhood, I waited for over 3 hours before they drew my blood. And this facility has a full waiting room . I will return to the Starky Road location

I feel all the one star reviews
However the only person that works here is so sweet. How is it that this location who only has one woman literally doing EVERYTHING, has a faster turn around time than Tyrone square? I come here for my scenes all the time and yeah I have to wait but way better than nasty Tyrone or the other locations

Well, I have visited this place on several occasions, and on each occasion I have always left more upset than the last and I thought that perhaps it was because of my insecurities and my frustration at not speaking fluent English. But it turns out that today, 08/292024, my husband had to deliver a sample of my analysis. And it turns out that he felt the same impression of discrimination and mistreatment that I had felt on my previous visits from the man who works there, I don't even know his name and the truth is I'm not interested in knowing because I never plan to return to this place again. Thanks to the girl who was at least a little receptive to helping with more education and the truth is that her attention was better.

I've been to this location many times, for both myself and my toddler. They've always been quick to get people through when I've been. The female (can't remember her name) was excellent with my 3 year old and let her pick out her own color bandage (it made her day). Michael(?) I've seen a few times and he's always excellent. They both work great together and honestly seem like a fun pair to work with! I always appreciate their humor and their ability to work quickly while keeping the mood fun.

Friendly staff. I was able to get in and out (even though I was late.) There were two staff members working. Keep in mind this appt only. No walk in.
