“I can’t even explain what wonderful assistance and kindness from Rotech in Largo, specifically, a woman named Toni went above and beyond to help me. I came in person with a difficult problem with wrong prescriptions written by my physician and some insurance run around. Toni took the time to listen, realized I was distraught from running into multiple roadblocks just trying to get my medical equipment I need for my health. Thank you for your kindness, empathy and assistance to finally get this situation resolved and with a smile. I recommend Rotech as they really care about their patients and take the time to help. I’d also like to thank Rich for letting me know the RX was wrong in the first place and to Mike for trying to help me fix the machine that is having trouble. But Toni, without your help, I’d still be without the treatment prescribed. Happy holidays!”
“I cannot recommend this company enough! After Hurricane Ian, my parents needed to be evacuated from their home in Venice to the nearest hotel, which was in St, Pete Beach. My sister and I were in a panic to figure out how to help them, because we were out of state. They were in need of a recliner for my father, who is mostly wheelchair bound, can’t lay down straight, so he has to sleep in a recliner. By the time we knew they needed evacuated due to rising flood waters, it was almost closing time. We tried one other location first in the St, Pete area, but were told it was close to 5pm on Friday evening and they wouldn’t do anything until Monday. Accord was my next call, and I wish I’d called them first! They were so kind and empathetic…they called their driver who agreed to deliver it that night after hours and it was a true lifesaver for my parents. The care they took in helping us will never be forgotten. This is the kind of company I would want to work with for all my parents’ needs. Thank you so much to all the staff at Accord for being so caring during a really tough time!”
