“I can’t even explain what wonderful assistance and kindness from Rotech in Largo, specifically, a woman named Toni went above and beyond to help me. I came in person with a difficult problem with wrong prescriptions written by my physician and some insurance run around. Toni took the time to listen, realized I was distraught from running into multiple roadblocks just trying to get my medical equipment I need for my health. Thank you for your kindness, empathy and assistance to finally get this situation resolved and with a smile. I recommend Rotech as they really care about their patients and take the time to help. I’d also like to thank Rich for letting me know the RX was wrong in the first place and to Mike for trying to help me fix the machine that is having trouble.
