Charles at the front desk is hilarious. He was extremely informative and helpful when signing me and my partner up for a joint membership-- which was surprisingly cheap! The gym is extremely clean with tons of options for gym equipment. I love that it is open 24/7! Thank you, Method, for making my fitness experience a comfortable one!

Great family owned gym. Immaculate inside. Owner always on premises during the day. Open 24 hours. Sanitizing spray and washcloths at front desk for guests to disinfect equipment before and after use. Love this gym highly recommend. Owner is also a Personal Trainer

Love this gym! Been going here a while and the owners always make sure everything is clean. Lots of sanitizer bottles available at the front as well as clean rags so everyone can have their own to wipe down their machines.
