Life Storage is a wonderful place for your storage needs. The particular one I have been using has an excellent staff. Brooke runs the place and she is so personable and friendly. The place is super clean! Everywhere you look inside and outside everything is well-maintained and very clean.the property is gated and well lit. I can't say enough good things about Brooke or this property. I highly recommend it.

Been using them for 3 months now but am very happy with the facility being clean and the staff is very pleasant to work with! Love that they have carts to help bring things up to the second floor using the elevator.

Brooke, the manager at the Largo location was very helpful and offered a great customer service experience. If you are located in Largo Fl area, I highly recommend the location on Belcher.

No frills, no fuss. Storage unit was two made into one with a pole square in the middle, which was cumbersome. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great facility and easy in & out....Reasonably priced and clean unit...Moved in in August and not long after that I received an email stating that, "Life Storage is partnering with Extra Space Storage..."If you want to pay your bill online, you can use the Extra Space Storage app..."Well, that seems like a takeover by Extra Space Storage to me......and if that's the case, be advised, I moved out of Extra Space Storage in July because they constantly raised their rates every year...In the 4yrs that I used Extra Space storage, for a 5' x 9' unit, it went from $49 a month to $185 per month...Well, it's wait & see here at Life Storage...I'll see if the rates get raised and I will update my review...Be very wary...

Move in was painless and less expensive when it came to insurance, initial move in fees, and lock, than I thought it would be, everything is clean tidy, I was able to find a moving cart every time I visited, alot at first! Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful, so all in all I rate this experience a 5 out of 5, and recommend Life Storage to anyone looking for a bigger garage, like me!

I like the storage facility but lately it's just it's ridiculous prices it's now for this little tiny the smallest one they have I spend $78 a month I have no choice but to pay online and they charged an extra five or six dollars I forget what it is and now because I'm late over five days have to pay an extra 20
