Thank you thank you thank you to the representative that helped me purchase my Daughter her first phone today. After having a terrible experience at another MetroPCS today I was met with such kindness and was filled with information regarding phones that were in my price range and that would be adequate for my child. I did not get her name, but she was a shorter woman with locs. From the minute, I walked in to the minute I walked out she made sure I had everything I needed.

I must say that Danica was so helpful to myself and my girlfriend. She is so knowledgeable and helpful when we went back a few times to get help with our phones as we are not that familiar with the workings of our phones. She went beyond to help us out and make us comfortable with using our phones. Thank you again Danica for your help 🌹

This is for the Seminole boulevard Largo store, I went to get a new phone and I'm always complicated, due to the fact I don't know a lot about phones, So Dee & the gentleman were exceptional they are very knowledgeable, pleasant, definitely patient, & the whole time I was in there they treated all the customers with care and,very helpful, They both are a great asset to your company! Thank you for all your help and I will of course send everybody I know there!! You guys made the experience simple for a hard me, You guys rock! The Best 👌

Jahaza helped to fix my phone and add my email she knew exactly what to do and I was only there for 10 minutes I made it to work in time. I was pleased with her knowledge of the product and her willingness and helpfulness to end my complications with the technology issue I was having.

Elians custumer service was excellemt. He deserves to be a manager or at least be promoted to supervisor of training and be recommended for his patience and vlaued service and curtous care for all customers. He is a valued worker and deserves a raise and a credidation for his genuine work at tbis position. Do not take him granted or lose him! Or his talent! He has alot to give in this company. Went in to get a new phone and danixa and jahaza really helped me and mom get new phones for free. They knew their stuff and was fast and efficient and was kind. Their ability to help us get into a new phone was admirable. I truly recommend this Metro.

Went here once and they changed my PIN and didn't give it to me. Came again and didn't have the PIN they didn't give me and they told me I had to make an appointment with corporate to get access to my account. Called my Metro and got my PIN in about 7 minutes. I don't see any reason why I couldn't have got it from the store when I was there in person. They should probably hire more knowledgeable staff.

I went there 1 day for a phone planndidnt work had to return and got same agent kyle he was great he did his hardest to have me walk out that store with a phone he was amazing and another agent there was helpful think his name is Greg for Gary not sure but both were amazing multi tasking in between customers!! Highly recommended!!
