I had 2 unpleasant experiences purchasing nicotine. I turned 21 this month, on my birthday I went in, was denied because of store policy, which is understandable, yet the excuse given to me was that they didn’t know the time of my birth. 2nd time was today, the cashier made comments about my birthday being this month and then charged me $20. I did not realize until I got home, my knowledge was that the fume infinities were no more than $17. I do not have any issues with my ID anywhere else I decide to purchase 21+ items or get unnecessary questioning besides this place.
