I have been coming here for years (more than 10, I'm pretty sure) for my family's eyeglasses, as 4/5 of us wear them. Today, I brought my daughter and NB child in for their exams and new glasses. Sonia — I hope I spelled her name right! — worked with me on the ordering. My budget was tight, and she was insanely sweet, kind, and professional, while making sure to really recommend the add-ons that would help my kids. She made my day, honestly. Dr. Sarno is always lovely, too. I pop in here a few times a year for adjustments of glasses, and the office staff is always courteous and sweet. Today was an especially great experience, however, and I was grateful.

When I called on the phone, they said, my eye exam was a 150 and they build the insurance company 250. And I'm not happy. I only got glasses glass frames. I didn't get glass frames. I got lenses for my old frames, and it was over $500. For glasses charged to my insurance, I think that's a rip-off. Then, I had to call back to get contact exam. And they said, well, it's between a 125 and a $180. I went to America's best and for a $125. They give you an eye exam and a contact exam. So figure it out for yourself. Not a happy person. And then I get a bill after my insurance paid. And I called them up and said, what's this bill? They said, oh it, don't worry about it

Had a very good eye exam with Dr. Nevin Sarno. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I went once 2 years ago and recieved average care. Now yesterday I made an appointment for today. Less than 24 hours away...with the link they sent me!!! Then they cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm with a phone call. 1st I didn't get a phone call and then they said that those appointment slots are not available. Its the link they sent me and they say its not available. So obviously they don't care that they messed up, don't care they never called and then blame me for not answering my call that I never got!!!! 1 outgoing call and then nothing all day. today I made 2 calls waiting for them to open...Just don't go here.

MyeyeDr was really awesome, she did thorough test on my eyes. Her staff was so great on taking care of the customers/patients. Justyn and the rest of the staff was very helpful on assisting us to pick the right glasses. Thank you Justyn, you guys are doing such a wonderful job!

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses in early June. Over a month later, I’ve only received one. I was told the second pair had to be sent back to the lab due to a lens issue, which I understand. What I don’t understand is the lack of communication and follow up.
I called a couple times myself to check the status. On July 1st, I was told the glasses should be in by July 3rd. I never received a call. Later, I found out through my MIL (who’s also having issues with her glasses) that the office claimed they called me on July 2nd, which is simply false. I have no missed calls or voicemails. That note was clearly entered in error.
I showed up on July 8th, after hearing from my MIL that my sunglasses were finally ready, only to be told they couldn’t be dispensed because no doctor was in, something that wasn’t communicated to me at any point. On top of that, I was met with a completely miserable attitude at the front desk. The woman working today was dismissive and unhelpful, just like the general tone I’ve experienced from several staff members here.
Dr. Sarno and Justin have been great, no complaints there. But my frustration ultimately lies with the poor communication and the even worse attitudes from the rest of the team. Everyone here seems absolutely miserable, and it reflects in how they treat their patients.
Unfortunately, this place is just not a good fit. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on, and based on my experience and my MIL, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here if you expect basic customer service and timely communication.

Nothing but issues. Doctor Sarno is great! However, getting glasses from them is a joke. Over a month and nothing. Lindsey, she was absolutely horrible, really nasty attitude. The only reason they are getting two stars is because of Justin. I would recommend the doctor's, but buy your glasses somewhere else!

I had an eye exam today and picked out 2 new pair of glasses and I just have to say, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at any myeyedr. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Especially the doctor.
A special thank you to Justyn the GM and the entire Seminole team for going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
From start to finish, I felt truly cared for. Highly recommend them if you're looking for top-notch service and a team that genuinely puts patients first!

Justin’s personality over tops it all he’s so welcoming and just a great happy person and that’s amazing we know on a daily we have struggles and he does not let any of that show at all , also the tech I forgot her name is sooo sweet and had me laughing and welcome my kids and made them laugh it’s so nice to go somewhere and feel welcome and just a nice environment overall

I have been having my eye exams here at this location pretty much since they opened. Always have been greeted so lovely by every single employee. Yes, it might be 45 min past your appointment time, however both Dr Sarno's will also take their time with you to examine and explain everything in detail and of course answer all your questions. Very caring. And a big shout out to Sonia for taking the time to checking out the best options with my insurance for contacts/glasses. She's amazing!

On vacation I needed to get contacts because my only pare of contacts ripped. They had great service and it only took 40 minutes to get it done. They also gave me an extra pare just in case. The staff was super frendly and made me feel comfortable.
