One employee at this location has made my decision to never go back, very rude, and makes you feel like complete ***., when it could've happened to any one. Thank you for the manager (or other employee) that was on duty at the time - that knew my situation and didn't ask any questions. I never complain, and don't want to sound like a complete Karen but no one should ever feel shamed.

Took my dog here for 2 years the people in office are nice but over charge and when I called to get my dogs vaccination records the woman I spoke to was rude and snarky for absolutely no reason glad we found a new vet

IDon't go to this groomer they hire children to groom dogs, I was told when I booked a grooming service for my 5 month old puppies that they did not need a rabbie shot due to they're young age. a week later when I arrived at the appt I was declined service & told whoever gave me the info was wrong. the teenage girls were rude & unprofessional, they acted like toddlers & gave me impression they were lazy & just didn't want to work. they never offered to contact a mgr. or whoever booked the appt. they just told me in a giggling toddler voice to have a nice day.

Terrible curbside pick up and services, not even worth it. Had to sit on hold for 5+ minutes, to be transferred, to wait longer for them to verify, to transfer again to clarify my last name 3x, then to clarify what I ordered. What's the point? Lesson learned. Peace and Love!

Brought my dog in for grooming they were told to leave his face ears and tail alone, came to pick up my completely shaved dog no teeth cleaning even though they charged me extra! Won't be back to this store again. First time josh had done my dog did a fabulous job he wasn't available this time and they recommended Serenity I figured they had all been trained. Boy was I wrong!

Hello yes, it's me! I know nada about animals/animal care. And so when my mom asked me to help her by picking up some frontline plus for her pupper you can imagine my surprise when I realized you couldn't just get it from Publix. Which led me to Petco. My allergies were on fire within half a second of walking through the door and so my goal was to get in and out A S A P. Fortunately the floor manager quickly saw my (I think it was) subtle look of despair. She helped me right away and opened the case where the meds were stored. Okay so not only can you not get this from Publix it's locked up! You practically need a pet prescription. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. That is as 5 star worthy of a visit as I can imagine.

Never bring your dog here to get groomed. My 3 year old Maltese has been groomed hundreds of times and I have never had a groomer complain of her acting out. Today I took her to Petco for a groom while on vacation and I was appalled to hear them say that my 5 pound dog was "too aggressive" to be groomed so instead they left her in a kennel for 3 hours and proceeded by charging me for the appointment when nothing was done. Employees and management were extremely disrespectful and my dog looked so scared when I went there to get her.

Petco has been my go to Pet family store for years. But what happened?? I am so disappointed at the filthy atmosphere. The floors don't look like they have been decently cleaned in a very long time. When you first walk in the smell coming from the poo can is overwhelming. When I advised the nice employee it needed to be changed, she said oh we do it every few days ! Gross.. the sweet cats and kittens are near the front entrance and impossible to get to know. When my son and I attempted to hold one, there is no quiet area and dogs are walking into the store right next to us. My son got scratched but it really wasn't the kittens fault. He was terrified of all the dog and people traffic. Please Petco up your game! We want you back!

Super bummed about the grooming service. My short haired medium mix came back basically as I brought her in. Ears and teeth weren't cleaned- even paying extra for a teeth clean. Only the very tip of the nail was cut- should have just bought a pair of nail cutters and saved myself the $65 Called petco Customer service - did nothing but keep me on hold for 30 + minutes to say I could get a call back tomorrow but they are closing in 5. Not gonna throw the groomer under the bus- just shop/ do business elsewhere now.

Despite several requests to refund my purchase. They have yet to reinstate my $149.00 to my credit card account. Contacted them TWICE, and asked nicely. Tomorrow I will let my cc company speak to them.. And now when I have to call a day later, they tell me it has to be done in person! First time ever heard that. What if it isn't convenient? It was convenient for them to take my money. Nichole was absolutely not a good representative of Pet Co, if she is the only one that has the 'be here in person' for your refund!

I have struggled to find a good vet that i can take my stranger danger scared dog to that will work with me to make the experience better for her. The Thrive staff at the Seminole location have gone above and beyond to make her (and me) feel more comfortable going to the vet. They are friendly, and always take good care of my girl. I have recommended family and friends to go to this vet. Prices are fair and they will always be upfront with you about the price. Me and Maggie will be coming back for a very long tome. Dr. Frasie(probably spelled that wrong) is the best!

This location was not enforcing mask wearing at all, and an employee approached within two feet of me multiple times even after I backed away and was clearly uncomfortable with his proximity. Employee in the fish department insisted on offering unsolicited opinions that I clearly didn't want. I left without purchasing anything.
