UPDATE 2:We went back and they made the pizza this time - forgetting to put all of the toppings on this time - they refunded it immediately this time, but still ?♂️UPDATED:I appreciate the refund, though it’s absurd that I had to go to this lengths to get any kind of response - when I called in I shouldn’t have been told that it wasn’t burnt when it clearly was.As for your “explanation” of having an open hearth oven making pizzas crispy - that’s a load… and what you’re saying is that whoever was cooking the pizza wasn’t properly checking to ensure pizzas don’t overcook or in this case burn. Pizza is supposed to have a soft crust. Unless asked for by the customer. No one wants to feel like they’re eating a rock when they get to the crust. Train your people better and/or hire more people. You can always look to a short term staffing agency if all your people were out sick like they were when we came in. But don’t go making excuses to cover up incompetent.ORIGINAL REVIEW:My pizza was burnt and when I called the guy said his manager wasn’t available and I needed to call back in 20 minutes - I called back later and was told the manager cooked it and knows it wasn’t burnt and wouldn’t give us a refund - the pizza is rock hard on the crust. As you can see in comparison with the other pizza we ordered this one is most definitely burnt. Horrible customer service and horrible management!

This is one of those weird reviews. I am so happy we went here, but at the same time disappointed. There aren't any true, non-contaminated, gluten free food pizza places around Seminole/Largo area. The closest one we went to was "Your Pie" near Brandon. But my wife and I tried here. Emma couldn't have been more accommodating - ensuring my wife's meal wouldn't put her in the hospital - paying attention to every detail so the pizza would remain as gluten free as possible. My wife loved the pizza and had no ill effects afterwards. Thank you, Emma, from the bottom of my heart. I will return here whenever my wife has that pizza urge. :) Me, on the other hand. I have eaten pizza for over 50 years and have literally never complained. But for me this was the worst tasting pizza I have ever encountered. It was flimsy, the bacon wasn't cooked at all, the sauce was blagh, and the bottom was semi-burnt. I'm sure, like my wife, a lot of people love it, but it's just not for me - at all.

Crust cooked to charcoal, whole pizza way over cooked, tough to chew and all in all one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. We live 1/2 mile away, pizza was cold by the time we got home. Never again.

This pizzeria has vegan options, you can create the pizza to your liking, Delicious, Good service and friendliness. The place and the people who serve it have a good vibe. thank you we will be back. It would be amazing to add a vegan sweet like a vegan cinnamon roll.

We have gotten pizzas from here several times before, and it's always been pretty good.... however, our last visit, a few weeks ago, was not at all good… It's taken me this long to post this because I've been calling and waiting.... and calling and waiting....and waiting some more....I don't really like to leave negative reviews, but after three calls during which I spoke to both Jordan and Emma, it seemed like I had no other choice....and they understood my complaint and agreed it was not going well, with, (I believe it was,) the new dough recipe. After each phone call they said they would do something about it, but I never heard back from anyone. All the pizzas (or more accurately, the loose flour underneath the pizzas,) were burnt and tasted bad, as a few others have said, although we did each eat a slice because we were hungry....One pizza was supposed to be made thick crust for a small surcharge, but it looked the same as all the others. Also, the bitter flour gets all over your fingers....it's not even so much the pizza being burnt, as the way the situation was handled.... mistakes happen, but if it would've been handled better, I probably wouldn't have even left this review.... I don't expect perfection, although I do expect when I spend $60 on pizza, for it to be mostly edible....****Update****11-3-23After going back and forth for a few weeks with the owner, I have been provided with a full refund for these pizzas. It took a while, but I appreciate it, and think it's fair to increase my 2 star rating to a 3 star.

Can’t say enough good about this location. We frequently visit and receive exceptional service! Love that they have gluten free and cauliflower crust options for food intolerances. Ani took extra care with the pizza pies and also was extra kind to the kids. Highly

One star down on service simply for I’m assuming bad ownership. I walked into order while I was on my break and I could tell something was up. I’ve worked good for 10 years and I could tell the person running shift was not doing it correctly. I come here often enough as well to tell she had the wrong people in the wrong places and they were all miserable. I had never seen this woman before either. I’m usually met with this really amazing manager with glasses, Emily I think? I asked the cashier if something had happened to her, as she’s so friendly we have great convos, and he had told she’s on vacation and the GM was running the show. What really blew my mind was when I saw her turn a dial that looked like she was turning up the oven, which I’m assuming I’m right judging on how burnt my pizza was.Cashier guy was great! I think he said his name was Jay. I will come back to support them, but if you see a tall woman, not wearing the uniform, don’t order a pizza. The gm probably isn’t in enough to know what she’s doing.Parking: In a strip mall

We did load the pizzas up pretty good on toppings however, they really should have stayed in the oven a little longer as they were and doughy on the crust... normally in past visits they've always been excellent so a one-off event doesn't really count that bad. Will definitely be back!

The pizza is absolutely delicious! Cauliflower crust all the way!! It doesn’t taste like cauliflower at all it’s just like a very think crispy crust of deliciousness. Lots of large tables inside and outside seating as well. Only complaint is that no matter how many people are working there it takes forever to order. They are always busy because the foods so good so just plan on waiting. It will not be fast no matter how many people are ahead of you. Worth the wait though, in my opinion.

Pizza made your way. I tried the califlower crust it was good. I am a very picky eater and I would order it again. Also they have ricotta cheese so that is an awesome plus for me! The employees were super nice.

Ordering was easy. The product itself is terrible!! Came here specifically to order gluten free and vegan for family with dietary restrictions. Both pizzas are burnt. What a disappointment. Didn't realize until I drove all the way home. Will not be back!! Was not able to call the store at all to share concerns directly. Extremely unhappy with this experience.

Updated review:I am sad to say that this place has slowly been going downhill since it opened and it is now at a point where we will no longer return :(They changed their pizza dough and the thin crust now tastes like a child made it using way too much flour and a dab of water. The service is absolutely atrocious. The last straw for us was when we ordered a pizza and told them we were sitting outside. After a while, my husband went in to see why it was taking so long, and they had given our pizza away because they thought we left! The manager was unapologetic and simply said that they would make us a new one. They bagan to make it without even asking what we wanted on it. We decided to rather just cancel the order since we had already been there for an hour and were hungry. We left and will not be going back :(Previous review:Delicious pizza! Lots of fresh and tasty toppings to choose from. We love the whole "build your own pizza" concept that lets you chose any toppings at a set price. We always get the thin crust pizza with the herb butter crust, marinara sauce, mozzarella and tons of fresh vegetables (getting hungry yet?). There is a little outside area, it is not the greatest, which is why I didn't give them 5 stars. The tables are always dirty. However, it is still awesome that there is an outside area as we love to take our little furbaby with us wherever we go.

New ownership? Wont be back. The pies are super tiny now. Little baby pizzas. More expensive too! This little chocolate chip pizza is literally half the size and now $4.99 vs $2.99. Unreal that this is a company resorting to penny pinching. Added to my do not eat list. Smh.
