Stored a boat there for 1-2 months, realized that the parallel parking space I was using wasn’t going to work for a trailered boat. So I moved my boat elsewhere tried to contact anyone at location multiple times and door was always locked during normal day business hours and then contacted customer service about it and thought i was good. Then tried to charge me $200 next month for that spot so I stopped the charge (wasn’t there and made plenty of effort to let them know I wasn’t going to store there) and now they want to give it to a collection agency. The one right next store is much nicer use them

Went to rent a storage unit and the young lady that was there (KIA) was so nice, polite, and helpful. She did a wonderful job setting everything up for me. Couldn't ask for a better experience. She is definitely an asset to this facility.

Purchase a storage unit was clear about time frame to get cleaned out. I was locked out and they kept my hand truck and the only thing valuable in the entire unit.
