The phlebotomist misspelled my name on the urine cup. I asked her to correct it. She said that’s how my doctor’s office spelled it and to take it up with them. She lied. That’s NOT true. I always review my lab requisition paper before my labs are drawn. I told her that Dr did not misspell it that she did. She brushed me off and said that it’ll be corrected before entered into system. I again told her to correct my spelling. She said it’d be done later. Lo and behold - I see NO urine result!
As well, I brought my special needs disabled daughter into the lab room with me. She cannot be left alone. My appointment was for 10 and my daughter’s for 10:10 a.m. I asked if her labs could be done after mine. She said no. She said I’d just have to listen for her name to be called. We were in room 7 and I told her I wouldn’t be able to hear my daughter’s name called while in that room and she’d miss her appointment. The lady just shrugged.
On top of these things - the stick was VERY painful! My sticks have never hurt like that before. She told me I have tough skin - that’s a lie. My veins are easily seen without flexing and my skin tears easily. I’m not an idiot. I’m a retired registered nurse. I know the ways that some healthcare people can take out their tempers on a patient. I’m beyond disappointed in my experience.

My visit went very well. I was there to have my blood drawn for a full panel blood test. My medical technician was great; polite and answered all my questions.

My appointment was at 9:30 AM. They called me at 9:47 AM. A little longer wait than usual. The phlebotomist was very silent, but efficient with her work.

I'm 92yo. Have a little difficulty moving, and have profound hearing loss. The young lady technician was very kind, friendly and patient. Really a positive member of your staff. Should be congratulated for a job very well done.

The area was clean !! The nurse was awesome she even had a difficult situation in lobby with a lady who was upset with the wait and my nurse handled it with respect , she was polite and defused the situation!!! She was great And then was awesome with me like nothing happened!!! I love this location!! I don’t go to any other one

It seems like everything is. Now set up so the complete function with this online contact helps quest by saving them time and making it very difficult and time consuming for the customer

Very organized. A very pleasant experience. Girl was very efficient and nice. Didn't have a problem taking blood. Haven't been there for a long time and was not happy with the people trying to take blood.
Glad things have improved.

I did the appointment on line with the confirmation email. And the system can found. I did another in the office for 2 hours later.

I checked in on my phone when I arrived because I had an appointment. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very efficient.

I just had blood drawn today for labs plus urinalysis. I go to this location every year for all my labs. Today there was no paper towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. Luckily I had cleaning wipes in my purse.
I know everyone is BUSY but I feel this place lacks a happy environment. I have worked in the medical field and I always greeted my patients with a smile & ask them how there day is going!
