Incompetent staff. They were unable to find my lab order despite me being able to show it to them on their own website. Please use any other lab company, Quest hires incompetent, worthless staff.

Don’t bother to make an appointment. Making an appointment is a joke! This place sucks!

Only kiosks no one at the front. Three people waiting to drop stuff off with no idea what to due. These people waiting until a person came out to tell them to use the kiosk. Then had to wait even longer.

No human contact to help you check in if you don't have your insurance card you're screwed God my wife answered the phone so I can give her the insurance card that I'd already typed in twice on the website to get the appointment. The gentleman who took my blood his English was broken and I had a hard time understanding what he's telling me but he did stick me one time and I didn't feel it so that's the bonus and the only reason they get a three-star.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment onllne. Arrived 5 minutes early and still had to wait 25 minutes in the waiting room. I have a Nitrile glove allergy and it's the only kind they use so I was told. The woman who was supposed to help me was useless. Said they're not Latex. Hello, I know that!!! Told her I would go get my vinyl ones out of my car and to please remove the Nitrile gloves. I come back maybe 2 minutes tops and she took someone else!!! Waited again and then had someone else who only asked the questions required. No communication at all with either of them. Called Quest to complain. I was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. Eight days and still waiting!!!

Quest went overboard with cutting costs which has made a man inefficient mess of appointments and check-in process where there is no human available to answer phones or help with check in. My appointment was offered after going through 5 mins of prompts on the phone, only to then be told the time slot was taken and to please restart the appt process. Upon arriving at the location, there are only kiosks to check in. No window, or human working outside the testing walls. To no surprise, this creates utter chaos especially with older patients who need help or have questions. Staff are friendly, just takes a lot of dealing with poor technology and a bit of anxiety to get behind the locked door to interact with a human.

She got a good stick on the first try- super happy about that and it’s the reason they get stars at all. After waiting 25 min for my appointment, they called my name and I stood up, and started walking over, at the same time another lady right next to the door stood up and walked in. And rather than ask us to clarify which one she called, she just shut the door in my face.I checked the board and there was another person with a similar name on the list, but my name was no longer on the list. So I started knocking quietly to get her attention, they had the wrong patient. No one came.No one works the lobby so if there’s an issue, there’s no one to talk to. I had no idea what to do. I knocked quietly on the door for several minutes. No one came. Then the door opened as another patient came out, I peeked in and said I’m sorry but I need to speak with someone. And she angrily hollered at me “I am with a patient.” And I’m thinking yes you are. And it’s the wrong patient. But I didn’t say a word.I just stood there and waited. Two techs walked past me and ignored me- but delivered death stares at me for standing there.I have severe medical ptsd. I was absolutely terrified at this point because the lady, when she finally came to help me, who is about to stick a needle in my arm, does not apologize, but is instead openly and visibly hostile with me. Like it was all my fault this happened.I tried to talk to her and calm her down, to make the situation lighter, I said I’m so sorry. It must be super hard to have to do everything yourself. They should get someone to help you so you don’t have to do everything. She just got angrier, chewed me out, saying that is NEVER going to happen and how it’s the dumbest idea ever because they used to do that but its sooooo much better now that they don’t have anyone up front to help.I sat there and just tried not to burst into tears.I’m so tired. To the lady who interacted with me. You are clearly very skilled as a lab tech, but honestly you had no reason to be angry with me.I didn’t rush you, I didn’t get upset that you passed me by, I didn’t even get upset when you slammed the door on me. I’m not upset now.I am just tired.Tired of being a sick person in America because this seems to be the norm instead of the exception.

Made an appt, waited 10 mins in lobby, because I got there early, then got called and finished in 7-8 minutes. It was very efficient in my opinion.

I am a hard stick and Teria got me on the 1st try. I had made an appointment on line before I came in. Then when I arrived I checked in by scanning my drivers license and insurance card. It was so easy on the tablet. I was called back with in 5 minutes of my arrival. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Teria is the best I have ever had. I usually get stuck at least 3 times at other places. I will go here and ask for Teria from now on. This was the best experience I've ever had getting my blood taken. Plus I work right across the street. So convenient.

Actively sick patients in the waiting room without masks. No way to contact staff. Zero staff to watch the waiting area or help clients. I left because I felt unsafe. When I called and finally got a hold of someone to try to figure out how to reschedule or wait outside where it was safe, the rude woman who answered the phone hung up.

Understaffed and too many people have same appointment time. Need more help and honor appointments better than 30 minutes after appointment, Staff person I had great. They are just swamped

Paul was very personable & kind. Probably the best phlebotomist I've ever had! I didn't have to wait long at all, the whole appointment went quick & smoothly. I have been using this Quest location for 10 years now and they have had their ups & downs with staff but in the past couple years have improved.
