Two employees deserve a 5 out of 5 rating the first one is Josh who is very helpful and solves a lot of the problem anyone may have at the bank. The second one is a young woman named Hanna who helped me one day and was very nice, both are the best I have ever encountered during my many times going to this Regions bank.

Terrible bank . a customer purchased a cashier check for $98,310.00 for our business for his purchase.. when we called the bank it was unwilling to even verify the authenticity of the cashier check the bank had just issued. The person at the bank was rude and unhelpful. We have notified the customer who purchased it and he said he was done with this bank and their terrible service. They don't even deserve 1 star. We have had to do this with other banks in the area and every other bank was glad to help their clients and would verify their bank cashier checks.

this is not for the branch but Regions in general. Do not use them for a business account as they are just not setup to handle any sort of business problems, heck even speaking with someone in the business department is a huge hassle. Almost every time I call the 800 # they cant handle anything and send to to a local branch. Hello i own a business an open more hours then they are and don't have time to lock my door to go to the bank. WHAT A JOKE of a business model. Go elsewhere with your business needs.

I don’t leave reviews EVER AT ALL but JOSH the bank teller deserves the biggest praise, always a smile on his face big enough to influence even the biggest grinch to smile while also remaining professional to the highest tier. This guy is a role model for what customer service should look like

JR took the words out of my mouth. Legal extortion. Terrible services. Strongly recommend finding a different bank. After an intensive , heart surgery, with a long recovery time, I noticed my bank account had been charged a fee wrongfully. The fee was just days out of what they claim they can dispute. I medically couldn’t drive for 3 months and when I originally called I was told I had to go in to my local branch to dispute the charge. Disgusting practices

Legal extortionist. Scam artists. Terrible mobile app. Delayed withdraws. Some point of sale debits do not register to your account for as long as ten days. Outlandish and downright wrong overdraft program. Go elsewhere if you want a compassionate neighborly company.

I was assisted by Kristy Texeira and it was the best customer service I've ever had at regions. She offered me all the features that regions offers, and helped me with any questions or concerns I had.

Opened a checking and savings account today and I was quite impressed with the service. Lynn, one of the head tellers, came over and talked to me for a bit, like a regular person and not some 'financial object'. She introduced me to Mark Manuel who guided me through the procedures, all the while carrying on a genuine conversation about our respective backgrounds. I like Regions as they offer the 50-over no-fees for checking. I had my account set up within 20 minutes. One star off because they don't offer a 'referral incentive' for members referring new clients. Otherwise, a solid place to bank. We joked about how bad Wachovia is and they say they refer to this bank as "Walkovaya' I liked that.
