Had two ladies (both had orange hair specifically) that saved my hair! Went in with a BAD bleach job, provided me two types of toners to mix and 20v developer and turned my orange platinum hair into the most gorgeous neutral with a hint of grey/cooler tone. THANK YOU ladies!!

The manager with the accent was rude and unhelpful. She spoke down to me and wouldn't let me view a product. She is not learned in gel nail polish and its components. I won't be at this location again.

Don’t go here if you want to buy product. I got lectured to about what I wanted to do when I just asked for some guidance. Also to them, it’s important to follow whatever is trendy. Just don’t ask questions if you already know what you want and are looking for, so you don’t have to deal with the employees

I used to work here and im glad I don't anymore this is such a toxic environment. The manager Anne is so rude and down talks her employees calling me dumb and stupid after I left, I know this because so many other employees have told me.The rudest "manager" and I honestly believe that she's not a good fit and doesn't deserve to be thete. I hope she gets fired because she stresses everyone out! What msnager gossips and talks so poorly about their employees! This place is toxic! I did nothing wrong!

Clifford (I think is his name, the manager) is amazing! Hes super helpful and got me into this new hair mask! Makes me hair SUPER soft. He also helped me pick up some new dye Strawberry Leopard and it's been stuck to my hair like glue! Little fade over time but after almost a full month my hair is still vibrant!

Went to get toner for a hair emergency and they closed 40 minutes early. Went to the website to check if they changed the store hours differently than what google told me but nope. Really inconvenient

The girl working there right now has the absolute worst customer service and attitude. Incredibly disrespectful.. I have never written a review before for anything but she should not be working there or anywhere with the way she speaks to the customer. Blonde hair with some pink and piercings. Horrible
