They guy behind register stops with a full line of people and says cash only while he counts the register at approximately 10 pm and made us all wait a good 20 minutes before register was up and running again .

This is a last choice, for me, my opinion is, only in a emergency would I stop by here again.Rude staff, Very limited supply of drinks and, a dirty bathroom that I didn't use. Don't go here.

I had a employee ask for my ID card to validate my credit card. That is against policy from all major credit card companies. If your card and ID information is gathered . It opens you up to fraudulent transactions. He also tried to save my transaction receipt. Dont know how that works. But he slid it under/next to the register. Instead of throwing it away after I said I dont need it. I asked him for it. And told him why.

I only gave them 1 star because I don't think 0 is an option. I couldn't get any gas and that was my sole purpose for going there. This station is about a mile from my house and practically in my neighborhood so it's very convenient. That's the only positive thing I can say. The new touch screens that they got have never worked correctly. I stopped there last night after work and filled my wife's tank. The screens were working but were extremely slow and the system would not accept my rewards code. I went back this morning to fill my tank and the screen wouldn't work at all. Just kept spinning and spinning. I finally gave up and went to the Mobil on Park. In and out in 5 minutes with no issues. The time I wasted at Shell fighting with the touchscreen almost made me late for work. A few months ago I opted for the car wash, which I never do but the car was filthy. I got my code at the pump but it didn't work at the car wash. I had to drive through because there was a line behind me. I told the cashier what happened and she pretty much called me liar but eventually gave me a new code. That one didn't work either so I just left. I don't ever plan on going back here.

Convenience for gas and snacks. Too bad the Shell Rewards wasn't working properly at the pumps. Went inside & paid with cash & Shell Rewards worked fine in PINpad inside.

They sell gas for cars. has convenience store, well stocked, clean, big beer cave selection, has a subway inside it, if you still eat subway. has paid air for tires, but guage is way off, has drive thru car wash, but starts by scrubbing car w/o water put on first, so basically scratching up your paint. doesn't cover car while it sprays out soap or whatever, needs to be replaced, sometimes car still covered in soap.

They are not open 24/7. Dont go there between 1am and 2:30 am. They lock there doors to clean.

I can’t ever say I’ve had a bad experience here. I usually always stop here to grab an energy drink or a little snack before heading out to the beach. Unlike any other rally, they’re always loaded with different kinds of snacks and drinks that normal gas stations won’t have.
