Prices are great, and the staff is mostly great, but have a couple issues. Purchased a firearm, went in and filled everything out, and had to wait 3 days, which is fine that's the law. Got an email saying my firearm was ready for pickup Monday morning. Went to the store, and they were confused by this. The pick up date was supposed to be Tuesday, which I knew, but I drove the 30 min there because the email I got said it was ready on Monday. Fast forward to Tuesday. I get there, and fill out the rest of the paperwork to be able to peave with it, and their system is apparently down, and I'm unable to pick up until they get their system up and running, so there's another wasted trip. Obviously, with me getting an email that wasn't correct, and now the issue with the system, something needs to be done. If I'm looking for an item in the future, I will not continue to shop at Sportsmans warehouse online (unless the price for that particular item is exponentially lower there) due to glaring issues that need to be corrected

Not a good selection of ammo, asked if they had any of a very common caliber and was told “no haven’t had that in months probably won’t till who knows when no idea why not”. Wasted trip won’t be coming back.

Called the firearms dept. Was asked to hold which I did. Then Tom or Tim said he could not answer my question whether or not they had 2 products in stock. Unfortunately their website is not up to date, I experienced that in the past. Was going to head there on lunch break and purchase a handgun and 4 mags butt.... maybe they need to hire more ppl? I dunno.

Great store I spend lots of money. BUT I will not return due to being followed in the store and asked why I have to pick up and look at the packaging of items I’m interested in. After the altercation I ask why he was being all nosey and said I was suspicious of stealing items in the store

Ordered gun accessory 3 weeks ago. Called last week to find out item not found. I was told I would be reimbursed. Still waiting a week later for my refund. I was told it could take 7 to 10 days on second call back. Terrible customer service. Never again!

I had a poor experience at this location. Typically I tend to favor locally-owned businesses or strictly online vendors. I can generally find better prices on 2A items with this approach. Anytime I have worked with a big box sporting goods retailer, I have been disappointed by their fees or customer service - which translates to more time wasted or more money spent actually making a purchase. Going back 25 years now, I’ve had much better service and speed via the Mom and Pop shops than Sportsman’s Warehouse, Cabela’s, or BassPro. Learn from my mistake and find a locally owned, small business or an online only retailer to use. The occasional deep discounts the big box guys have just are not worth it in the end.
