I brought my son to get his 1st car. John Sullivan was the most amazing person we ever worked with at a car dealership. We thought maybe we would be swindled into something like most places. But, not at all. My son told him what he wanted and he had several options and my son picked. We thought he would need a co-signer and John was so helpful & patient with us he was able to get my son the loan with no co-signer! I will never go anywhere else. A really great guy. An asset to them, for sure!

if I could add "zero" stars I would. i have been a faithful customer for 8 years. Bought my first used car less than 60 days ago. My long time salesman said he would " sell this car to his mother". Less than two months later, the muffler broke in half. Of course the muffler is not covered under 90 day warranty! The car has been driven less than 50 miles! I will not return to Suncoast Chrysler!

I may not have a Jeep or a Dodge but I do come here to get my car serviced and have oil changes done. The staff is super friendly and always helpful when I come in. I am greeted like family and am treated as such. I want to also give a shout out to Joe in the cashiers office, and Jacob who was my service advisor for helping me get my tires replaced in a dyer emergency. The pricing is always top notch and the staff had always been honest with all of my car needs. I will be continuing to service my car there, and I HIGHLY recommend Suncoast for all needs. Keep up the great work!!!

After Hurricane Idalia my Jeep was brought to this location as I was terrified to drive it due to possible water/mechanical issues. However, Ryan in the service department along with the technicians, went WAY ABOVE to ensure my Jeep was safe to drive, they drove over 50 miles to try and recreate what I thought was happing. Today my Jeep is good to go and I feel absolutely safe driving my Jeep again! Thank you Ryan! I’d also like to mention Erica in the service department, she is so sweet and kind, I was in a rush to get my rental back before 5:00, she offered to help drive it back while I followed. We had great conversation in the short time she helped me return my rental. She literally was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve met in a while! Thanks Erica and Ryan, I’ll definitely be back for any further needs!

Recently purchased our new vehicle here and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Our Salesperson was Cole and was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were somewhat indecisive but Cole was extremely patient with us in helping getting us into a vehicle we really like and also in the same day. He was extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle and took months off of our learning curve with all the new technology.

Nope nope, took my car in for an oil change got it back with damage , don't know what they did but currently in shop get repaired and they gave me a rental. Never going back first and last visit car don't even have 15k miles

As a trustworthy place of repair - I like them. But- really disappointed with them at this time. This is the second time they serviced the suspension - and lost my locking lug nut key. The first time I didn't notice it till a month or so later. Okay. My bad. But this second time we were made aware by the advisor while the vehicle was being repaired. He said that they ordered the new set and it would arrive in 3 weeks. Three weeks came and went. It was never ordered and the advisor didn't remember the conversation. In turn they made us buy the key AGAIN. Twice in one year. Next time- I won't sign off till the key is recognized and they write notes into the system and print it for me. I foolishly believed these people three different times. They loosen your locking lug nut key and then make you pay for it.

They said I could purchase a car from out of state - even asked how I was gonna pay and how I wanted it delivered and then turned around and sold it to someone local. If you weren’t willing to sell it to someone out of state ( who had the cash ready for transfer) then don’t say you are willing. Unprofessional. I was really disappointed. But it is what it is. Sales people only see the bottom line.Not to mention they ghosted me and it took me reaching out to them multiple times for them to tell me they sold it to someone else.

I just got home from sitting here for another two hours. I have been there 4 times in the last 5 days.I bought a used car on Friday. I was uncertain about the purchase, as buying used is difficult as a single mom who needs reliable transportation, but I did it. I woke up the next morning and my check engine light was on. I brought it back and the service manager himself looked at it, "cleared it", and said everything was fine. I continually asked if he was sure, as I did not want to drive an unreliable car. He said yes.On another note, they also still owed me new tires and a detailing etc as they gave me the car still not clean and said they were putting new tires on it, but my purchase was so late on Friday. So they give me an "I owe you" slip. So we discussed me bringing it back Tuesday for those needs and he said it would be full day's work, so he would get me a rental.Sunday came. And my check engine light was on again. I brought it to autozone Monday morning who gave me the printout and I went back to the dealer. Since it was Labor Day, the service area was closed.I went back this morning (now Tuesday). After 2 hours, they could not get me a rental because they apparently did not have a chip reader or manual entry to take my deposit and my car wouldn't swipe so....I still have my car- with no fix to the engine, tires, or detailing.And of course, the service manager, Ryan, was no where to be found to speak to me about his reassurance on Saturday that everything was fine..TBD if any of this actually gets resolved.

This dealership is kind of like a hidden gem. I highly suggest this dealership to anyone that is looking for a Jeep. I just purchased my Gladiator from them, and the experience was far greater than what I expected. I would like to offer a shout out to Jason and Steve for their exceptional service. They both treated my family and I well. I really hope to keep a lasting relationship with this dealer.
