I've been a long time customer, my checking had to be closed due to FRAU
D. I needed a temp ATM card, the male teller said " we can't do this it's a new account. " I need to pay bills with this card, : no new account no debit card, I'll give u cash to pay bills",I was getting annoyed because I was trying to explain, a new checking, but esta lished saving etc. Finally he said let me ck with manager. I got a new card, I'll go to the branch a little further away, but much better customer service, shout out to Liliana, always goes above & beyond

The bank tellers have always been very polite. But I was in there on Monday and was treated like I did not know what was going on. I was owed over three thousand dollars from my HOA. First I was told rudely that there was nothing they could do. I explained the situation again and finally was told to come into the employe's office. I explained the situation two or three more times, showed all the paperwork for proof and still was told it could not be solved through the bank. Then I was told the money had been refunded. I told them I did not receive it. He did more checking and found I was correct. The paperwork was completed finally. The time it took to resolve the problem was not so bad. It was the way I was treated. When I was in there to get the bank check the woman was very polite and helpful. The worst part was the certificate on the wall for the employee's great service. I will not go to that branch again. I am considering writing to the main office.

The Truist on Seminole Blvd is the worst. It takes sometimes upwards of 10 minutes at the drive through to simply cash a check. Today was the absolute worst experience. I put the check along with my ID into the cylinder container and send it inside telling them that I’ll take the money back all in 50’s. A few minutes later the cylinder container returns to me with just the check so I ring for the teller and asked what’s up and she said it’s not dated (my other bank was cool and just wrote the date on it for me with my approval but ok…I put the date in it and send it back. Another 10 minutes go by and then she sends my check back again saying I forgot to sign the back…I turn it over and yes I did sign it over an hour ago so I just sent it back without telling her anything and she cashed it…what on earth? She also gave me my money in 100 dollar bills. Unreal. Incompetent tellers at this bank and slow as molasses.

Unfortunately it was unpleasant experience i waited 30 mins trying open an account and they had me sit there that long to tell me they had an appointment coming up that it would take to long, so they prefer to wait for their business rather than someone that is live ready to go, so for future business strategy, always take the one physically there, why risk a “no show” over business directly there. That came from the manager of the local. Maybe take some business lessons and learn better practices.

My fiance brought in a check for $320 to submit to his account because the app said the system is down. They submitted $100 instead. They stole over $200.

As a former happy Suntrust customer, I am saddened to see the absolute disregard this new Truist organization displays towards its customers. They shut down the Suntrust phone numbers without bothering to leave a message or even directing callers to the new number. Now long after the merger calls to Truist go unanswered MOST of the time during normal business hours. They don’t care.

Place was great before it switched to Truist. Now expect most drive thru lanes to be broken, late openings and two to three times the wait times as before. Customer service has also declined significantly.

Good for non-complex issues. Like basic deposit/withdrawal. No other personal experience to go off of. So you should heed others reviews if you need anything other then that.

Google says open on Saturday till 12. Drove 15 minutes to get here. Door says closed on Saturday and Sunday. Thanks a lot.
