It takes them weeks or sometimes they don't even get back with you to get questions answered. My rates went up without an explanation. The purpose of having a local agent is to create a relationship which is non-existent.

Stay away from State Farm and this office in particular. After paying them for 7 years and having couple car accidents that were not our fault, our insurance went up, they never checked on us and they also cover up things. Tim Tran and all his team did nothing for us and on top of all that, after we have dropped them and went with someone else, they charged our account again! Which is illegal and now it is pain in the ass to get that money back because they are saying we have to send a check. We are entertaining the thought of going to see an attorney about this whole experience

The State Farm Office of Tim Tran initially helped me out with a great rate for my two cars. After the first term, the office increased their rates significantly. Even after the third term, without any late payments, without any negative marks on my driving record, without any additional services the same coverage was almost doubled from the initial rate. They are kind and courteous to needs but greedy at the same time. I believe they are taking advantage of the influx in population in the area because I was able to be quoted in parallel to his competitors at the same initial rate I had been given two years prior.

Went for a quote told them my driving record and the issues and assured me it wasn’t a problem and I would be able to get insured from an issue that happen 3 years ago prior. As I haven’t renewed my current policy and I go to file with State Farm. I’m deemed ineligible. Couldn’t give me any answer and zero sympathy after I canceled to go to them and didn’t care what’s to ever. Would not recommend working with this branch.
