Went there today to get propane. Tanks all locked up and someone came outside and hollered across the parking lot, no propane...we're almost closed. This was at 4:37..and according to their website they close at 5. Not the first time I have had problems trying to get gas there...a couple of times no one there that can pump gas.
I will find another place to do business.

Function of car trailers are not checked. Picked up a trailer before close to use that night. Trailer ramps were stuck and unusable. Exchanged the trailer the next morning and was promised an extra day at no charge for the inconvenience. Ended up being charged the extra day. Management did not follow-up after I brought the issue up.

Friendly and efficient. Our agent was obviously in training, forgetting to give me the key to the truck to verify mileage & fuel level, then didn't know how to secure the back door of the truck! Nothing wrong with making a mistake or two while learning!

Great customer service when picking up 4x8 enclosed trailer. I did ask to confirm it would fit a 6 foot long hutch. Failed to ask if it would fit one 4 foot wide...it does not...opening too small.
Company tip -
have your staff ask about WxHxL needs...yes yes I know...it is on your site I bet. Well here's the thing, customer service is about the extra things you do, not the basic things a company does.
I returned it like an hour later, 12:50pm, though called and on way back to them.
At first the gentleman said I could get the next larger size but it must be returned the same day as it was going out the next day to someone else. They had two but both going out next day. I said no problem and would have it back before they close. Needed to do a two hour drive north then back home again. I live like 15 minutes from their location and have doggies I needed to come back home to.
Manager told him NO, thus could not exchange for a larger one. I get it, yet at the same time I use u-haul several times and have never not returned an item on the date indicated.
I get that I wasted like $25 on a rental, my bad. Still, in the end...U-Haul failed to be my "moving and storage resource" in time of needed. I had already spent too much time on this process and was no willing to search yet again at a different location.
Maybe others will have a more understanding manager, granted just doing her job. One that will trust a loyal customer that uses their services more than just once in a blue moon.
I did stay a bit at brothers place where I dropped off the hutch using my truck's short 4.5 foot bed, lucky for me no rain. Just so I could cut the grass though if I had the u-haul would have returned before 8pm.
As dumb as it sounds, I was actually going to drive back to the facility and take a picture of me there with a date and time stamp on it cuz I was just miffed about the whole thing but it was pouring down rain at that time and just wasn't worth my time and effort.
Got back home at like 8:10pm

I called to make appt for a tow hitch put up on my vehicle.I had one done ten years before on a previous SUV.The owner was so helpful with trying to order the specific one for my Armada.He could not find any info except for the front end.So he told me to come by and he'd take a look at my SUV,
Sure enough there's a hidden hitch factory installed behind a bumper cover plate! He took his time to show me how take it off and install the ball and brake light adapter.He didn't even charge me for the service.I highly recommend this uhaul service center

Horrible customer service. Playing loud music with obscene language. Tried to over charge me. And wanted to get an attitude with me when I wanted a receipt to confirm I was charged the correct price.

I do a lot of inventory transfer for my job. This location ALWAYS gets me in and out with ease and are very pleasant. I recommend the extra drive to see Mimi!

Been turned away multiple times of course on different days when I go there to refill propane. Seems like they just don't want to do it. That's including the people that run the place. Save yourself some time and just go to a different uhaul

The manager charged me for a cleaning fee because she claimed I smoked in the truck. I told he never smoked anything in my life , so she said I must’ve have had a passenger with that smoked. I only rented the truck for four hours and there were no passengers with me. I explained my side of the story to her face for 10 minutes and she still didn’t make the situation right. She never refunded my money, and just basically lost a customer over $25 fictitious charges. Her name is Mimi bijelac

The truck has severe front-end problems as it walks all over the road. A/C was nothing more than a cool breeze. Could not adjust mirrors. Had to extend by one day and was on hold with this woman at the location for over thirty minutes and she had a real bad attitude which resulted in me being charged a two day rate as I was told they were sold out but when I went online this truck was available for rent on that date for half the price they charged me. Won't ever go back to this location. Junkie equipment.
