My fiancé sent a package overnight (international) which was guaranteed to be delivered by 9 AM in Ontario Canada. Well, he tracked it and it arrived in Ontario at 6 AM, but went no further and It was not held by customs. There was no weather delay as he tracked it. Now they're not guaranteeing his return of $150 to have it sent guaranteed Delivery next day. It just sat in Ontario until Monday morning. Now they're giving them him the runaround to get his money back what happene He has texts he took screenshots of when it was held in Ontario no delay by weather or customs and this giving him such a runaround and the manager was a nightmare to deal with there. He then called the corporate office and was told he had to go through the UPS store it happened at, which then the corporate office contacted him and told him it was approved and he'd receive his money back. Then 3 days later he received a email telling him it was denied because of customs!! What a lie, we're disappointed what their putting us though. Now they won't even answer his phone calls, I called with my phone and they answered right away!! So tell me what is going on with this UPS store in Seminole??

Ryan was such an amazing help to me! He really went above and beyond to help me ship a large and inconvenient item back to Amazon. He went the extra mile for sure and spent as much time as he needed to ensure that it was done correctly. Thanks so much Ryan!

I paid for their services and they did not even package my items. They taped the label to the items and shipped them after I paid for packaging. Needless to say the item was damaged, then refused by the receiver who paid for the item. I was then charged back $300 for the item plus additional $15 in fees. Plus the $10 I spent at their location. So now I am out $325 because I chose to go to their location, purchase a package which I already had a label for and my own packaging tape. But they were nice enough to try to do it, but they did not even put it in the box after I paid for the services. Horrible experience! I do not recommend this location! They are not willing to help me out with my loss! Go to the Bardmoor location. They are fantastic over there. Definitely worth the drive to not be shafted!

They lost my package for almost a month. After much aggravation and demanding that my package was in fact delivered and through several trip to this ups store did they finally found my package. I saw plenty of ups workers working behind the counter, so I can't say the problem was that of a hiring issue. When I finally received the package and receipt, the package receipt did say that it was delivered and signed for by the ups store over 3 weeks ago. You think that the store would have refunded shipping that I paid extra for due to their incompetence, but they did not. In fact, they never apologized for the confusion. I asked them if there was anything I could do so that this wouldn't happen again. Their answer was nothing I could do.

We have been using this store as our mailing address for two years. AND communication with them is HORRIBLE! They NEVER send our mail even after we told them to send it the first of every month! We have called numerous times and NEVER EVER get an answer or a return call after leaving a voicemail. I have to email to tell them to send our mail once a month and still NEVER receive any message back! I have had to have a friend physically go there to tell them to send our mail! CAN NOT wait to be able to be DONE with this very unreliable service

I had a quick return to do from Amazon and did not realize I needed a box. Ryan was the one helping me and let me know that for the type of item I was returning it did require a box and went above and beyond to help me get it shipped out today. Thanks for the exceptional customer service!

USPS could not print their own mailing label from a PDF file. UPS was able to print the mailing label for free. They said I could also drop the package off with them and they would give me a receipt. Its funny how UPS can do the USPS job when the USPS can't even do it.

This store is convenient and the people working here are knowledgeable and courteous. I have been here many times to mail packages and drop off my Amazon returns.

What a quick and easy, painless experience! The young man working the counter named Dennis was so good at his job that my fiancée and I didn’t have to even explain a thing! He handled our (what has turned out to be very complicated) Amazon return with swiftness and know how! Very impressive young man! I am about a week late writing this review but I told him that he impressed me SO MUCH that I would make it a priority to come on here and show him some love because that young man deserves it!! Great job Dennis! I believe you have a very bright future ahead of you! ☺️☺️☺️! Satisfied customers for life!

This UPS store is the best. Denise is one of the best employees I have come across in a very long time. He is kind, caring, accommodating and helpful when you need help with your items. I will always come back to this UPS because I am treated very well and always taken care of. Denise is the best. He made my day today (and a few times in the past) and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He values his customers and ensures your needs are met. Everyone go see Denise at this UPS store! You won't regret his superb customer service!

went in at 1 pm during fridays “ hours “ and the place was closed, lights out. i had an extremely important package with a deadline to send out too. it wasn’t just me outside either. a like of people were behind me upset as well . i called the store and left a message , teice with no phone call in return. waste of gas, and time.
