Came here several times so far this year, and had a nice experience every time. Each time Brad helped me. He was very nice and I actually hope that I get him every time I go there.

I don't understand the 1 star reviews? I've had all positive experiences here whether mailing packages or passports. I used to have an online business and mailed all my packages from here...no worries. My family of 3 got our passports set up here...2 renews and a brand new one. Again, no issues. We made the appt. and all went smoothly.
Maybe the negative reviews are contributed to all the federal budget cutbacks?
Anyway, I'm headed back there this morning to send a package.

Wow. You can tell people have an agenda that leave bad reviews. I run a successful business and I visit this post office several times a week. The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to assist everyone as fast and as quick as possible. Remember, when you read bad reviews/ consider the source. People pout when they don't get their way. This post office is the best in the area. Hands down!

Last week I came to this post office 9355 address and opened up a PO Box. The guy told me there was mail in it but he would clean it out. Today I go there and I’m unable to reach in the mailbox. It’s on the top and I’m only not quite 5 foot. I’ve already forwarded all my mail to my creditors and other people. I cannot change my address again . when I went to the counter and asked for what they thought would be the answer perhaps Go and get my mail when I need to come once a week. The answer was get a stepstool. I’m appalled first of all there were people in line. The clerk a man and women snickered. I have lung cancer and I’m 77 years old. What is happening to the post office my opinion close it Or maybe you should fire those two clerks. that thought it was a joke. My understanding is you they’re working for the people. You would never know they were working for the community the way they were acting. They might as well get a job at target.

After 18 and a 1/2 years of delivering mail to the address that I was told to use When I bought my condo the Post Office decided, they no longer recognized the address and started returning all of my mail return to sender. And this was done without even notifying me.

Long lines, staff that doesn't want to be there, obviously reflects in their attitude, lack of direction, and cleanliness at this location

What awful customer service!!! Walk in appointments for passport only 1 day a week and advertised from 10am-2pm. We walked in at 12:48, OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THEY ARE DONE, and was told they took last one for the day and so cold about it. No apology or anything, just a statement that they are done for the day. Just awful service.

Automated runaround at its finest, FYI, we don't want to talk to yall mfkers either, but we have no choice. Im not sure why most of the people at this location are so angry and aggressive, but people are getting sick of it.

The postal clerks behind the desk seem to work hard and are always courteous. However, this location, and the mail carriers that run routes out of this location obviously have some SERIOUS problems with delivering/losing packages.
I live in a condo development in Seminole, 33772, and I consistently do not receive packages that I have ordered. In most cases the tracking shows they have been delivered. Visiting the location and talking to "management" does absolutely nothing.
I am an eBay seller and I ship outbound packages from this location and I very rarely if ever have any issues with my outbound shipments. However, I am nearly convinced their is a theft issue somewhere with the mail being delivered from this branch.

I’ve visited this location many times. The staff inside are nice and move as quickly as they can. Their carriers are so/so. I’ve had issues in the past with who works my neighborhood. Who ever works in the back, stinks. Ive sent out packages recently, the last one sat at their location for 2-3 days before shipping out. Ridiculous.
