Long line on a Saturday morning which was a little bit unusual. There was also a stale smell coming from the floor near the door where you apply for a U.S. passport.

Always professional and kind, especially Therese. They keep the line moving, even with the chatty folks! They have a grumpy aged crowd often. Also, I’m good at using the kiosk now, glad to have that option as well.Thank you!

I order stuff regularly and usually get my packages. The last time I ordered something the item was missing from the sealed package then taped back shut with what I can only assume is packing tape from their facility. Yet, I still received the packaging with the tags and labels for the item. The company I made my purchase with stepped up and sent me another. But alas, somehow this USPS facility can't get it delivered stating that address was insufficient. They have issues and I'm sure I'm not the only one having these problems.

I have had a good experience with this post office for the last two years.The employees are knowledgeable and kind. The line usually moves quickly even during the holidays.I have had two pieces of mail come to me opened in the last 6 months but this can happen from the original starting point it is sent from, all the way through the point it is received so you can't really blame them.I also do not expect them to supply my tape usage so I think they are great and deserve more stars. These people work hard to get our mail to us and should be shown more appreciation!God bless you all!

Worst post office ever. They refuse to do anything. They lose my packages. Won't print labels, charge for tape, and my mail has been delivered opened. Your better off walking your package where ever it is going.

Our mail service has not been very reliable lately. Today a neighbor 2 houses away brought me my package. Last week I received my neighbor's mail & could not find where mine had gone. This week the mailman picked up letters from my mailbox to be mailed, searched in his truck for a while, made a u-turn & went back down the street. I didn't receive any mail that day either. I'm just concerned that I may not be receiving all of my mail.Update 8/14/2023 Apparently my concerns were real. I did not receive a box of checks I ordered. Went to P.O. & they said per their GPS it was delivered. We're at home most days & check the mailbox when we hear the truck. I also did not receive a bill & my account was temporarily blocked because of this. The employees at the P.O. are always very helpful & friendly, there just seems to be a problem with deliveries.

I became a Seminole Florida resident just over five years ago. I have to say that the service of the PO staff and leyter carriers is excellent. I have had no errors in delivery. But maintaining a home in NJ, and paying for premium mail forwarding from there to Seminole, the other PO constantly delivers to that home rather than forwarding and continuously looses, holds or delays mail and includes mail for other customers. That has never happens with the Seminole PO. In fact, premium forwarding is better than advertised - I get everything and it’s always on time. The PO staff is outstanding - friendly, courteous, helpful and accurate. I always tell them how much I appreciate how good they are. Same with our letter carrier. He’s like the letter carriers that I remember as a kid 70 years ago - knows all his customers, asks if there is a question about a name (when family visiting and receiving deliveries) to make sure mail gets delivered accurately. I could not ask for better service.No I’m not related to anyone at the Seminole PO! LOL But I do have 5 years of horrible service, errors and poor attitudes of my NJ home PO, so I appreciate good service.

I stood outside my residence waiting for a package, my carrier came and left - no package! Although the tracking says it was delivered!!I went to the post office and all they could say was the GPS shows it was delivered at the correct address, which is impossible because I was standing in my driveway!! This post office is a waste of time, I'll be doing my business with UPS from now on!!!

Their competence, professionalism and customer support here is abysmal! Sadly, I suspect it's a system-wide failure on the part of the US Postal Service altogether. I could write a lengthy review describing my experience"S" with this station, but I won't bother. From my mail being returned to me undelivered (they couldn't tell me why and I made them refund my postage), to my mail NOT being delivered and being returned to senders. Never will they accept responsibility and offer no hope for a resolution. It's never their issue, it's yours. No explanation, no promise of "we'll look into it and get your mail to you", nothing. Instead, they'll tell you the senders must have used the wrong address, YOU didn't pick up your mail, blah, blah, blah. No acknowledgement, no validation, no initiative, no responsibility. They're hurting their reputation by neglecting these factors that have the biggest influence on the customer experience.
