Ordered the latest leg curl/extension machine. Great machine. One piece arrived broken likely during shipment, and I emailed customer service and within 24 hours they shipped the piece!

Spent some time comparing Home Smith machines, this one BE-11 was at the top of the list. Not until I received and put together that I realized I picked a truly high quality unit. This unit exceeded my expectations. I wish you had not Sold out of your Adj bench I have yet to receive from another Company!
