I’d given a 5 star. However once I’m told something in advance and also get in text of amount owed… and then going to retrieve the item I’m being told I didn’t pay to hold for the month which I did and even asked how much will it be? To which I was told a price and I asked are you sure and he replied yes. I felt worry free… I get a text message to retrieve my item which still said the amount. I go in and it’s $50 more. I go home and look at my card past payments and well what do you know… I made two payments of the $50 to hold. Both months. I was supposed to. So I don’t understand how you text the amount to pay and the same day it says you charge that amount. But it’s okay. Maybe the company needed it more than I did. Or made a mistake. Which is a big mistake for $50 payment. That’s just me. I just hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The customer service is good. I’m not the type to stay there bickering back and forth even if I felt I was right. Because they have been nice to me. I just can’t return anymore.

Jeff, Dominic and Crystal were the best, they gave me nothing but good energy and even helped me get my chain out of a knot. The customer service here definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

I had a great experience at Value Pawn & Jewelry. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. They gave me a fair and honest offer for my item — much better other pawn shops — and explained exactly how they came up with the price. The store was clean, organized, and had a surprisingly wide variety of quality items for sale. No pressure, no gimmicks —just straightforward, professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back, whether to sell, buy, or just browse. Highly recommended!

Amber and Domic were fantastic! Needed money to help due to new job and Amber made it happen! The only place to go if your short on cash and need help. Amber is a lifesaver went the extra mile to make sure she could help me customer service like that is hard to find these days!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Value Pawn and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Amber went above and beyond to assist me, offering friendly, knowledgeable advice and ensuring I felt valued throughout the process. She executed patience, understanding and thoroughly, making what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly enjoyable. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a great selection. Also shout out to the other staff members, and manager that were standing nearby, they were very generous and had very positive down to earth essence about themselves, it felt like family! I just purchased a DeWalt miter saw today, I drove 2 hours to pick it up, when I got home I realized that is missing the hold down clamp, dust bag and side extension brackets. I contacted the sales person Dominic to let the Manager know that the miter saw had missing parts. I will never return to buy anything from this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
