I was in Walgreens today and selected an Easter basket. I asked employee about price. He looked at tag under that basket and told me price. I went to check out and price was different. Showed clerk tab and told her employee quoted that price. Two employees told me it was the wrong item and price but didn't show me which bunny basket came up with that queue # I wouldn't pay that amount but don't think that was good customer service. Diane

I would give them zero stars. The service is horrible. I waited in the drive thru for a very long time for the lady to tell me she couldn’t give a syringe for liquid medicine for my child after I rang the red button telling them what I needed two times. Horrible

would give 0 stars if i could. pharmacy is very understaffed and i had to request ER supply because a simple transfer is too difficult apparently. i have antidepressants that i needed a couple days ago and was told it isn’t filled because the insurance wasn’t correct (which i also changed during transfer online but i guess the website doesn’t work). pharmacists were nice just slow as they are probably exhausted from the extensive amount of people coming in with issues. medicine should not be this difficult to get. switching to the next closest pharmacy because ive never had to wait an hour just for meds that were supposed to be filled a week ago??♀️ i have never seen anything like this. what poor management!!

Carley “team lead” terrible attitude. Acted like doing her job was a chore. Walked away from multiple customers to eat and drink her lunch at the counter. Unprofessional.

Really don’t deserve any stars , the woman pharmacist could not be any rudder, in my life I’ve never been spoken like this , she wanted me to leave and I have not taken my blood pressure med today , she chose to put my health in danger , I will never come here and will change my insurance due to this and go back to their competition. Funny as I am writing this the lady told a customer that she’s filling in and does not want to be here , it seems she’s bad to the moral of the employees that are from this location , she should be reminded that been understaffed is not the clients fault or her coworkers , and I waited and they gave me 12.5 mg when my those for over 3 years has been 15 , all the pharmacist did was more of the same , tell me to leave and call the doctors , horrible

Walgreen's pharmacist committed a patient abuse on Aug 10, 2023. Denied an ordered Rx, stating they cannot be refilled online, but have to be called in. WHAT? And I had to be down there by 3:30, because they were closing. This was a Friday, Aig 10, 2023. Could not make her deadline went Friday am, BUT THEY WERE CLOSED! And stayed close all weekend. Rx not a led to be filled only but that Walgreens, because of the control substance.. s SHAMESHAMESHAME.

Was on hold on December 11,2023 from 11am to 11:30 someone would pickup and then directly place me back on hold without saying anything and then I was finally hung up on. I am definitely switching my pharmacy. Not sure why I had such an awful experience.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. I moved here over the summer and struggle with multiple psych disorders that I need my medication in a timely manner. There is a problem with every single one of my meds at this pharmacy. I’ve never seen anything like it. They claim I don’t have refills when I know for a fact I do and my doctor says I do. They never have one of my meds in stock and often have to wait at least 2 weeks for it, causing me to run short and go without important meds for a few days. This pharmacy is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Recently they’ve been canceling one of my meds for no other reason than to make me call. Due to my work schedule, I can’t spend two hours on hold with 3+ calls in front of me every single day. I have a feeling when I get ahold of them eventually, while simultaneously running short on my meds because of this nonsense, that they will tell me there are no refills. I know for a FACT there are. The app even says so. Worst pharmacy I’ve had the unpleasure of going to. You’re better off going to CVS and they’re the worst I’ve ever experienced.Edit: I FINALLY went into the pharmacy today to figure out what the problem was. My one medication was not in stock for TWO WEEKS and they have the audacity to tell me they have no idea when it will be in. Called the Walgreens down the street and had it filled in less than half an hour.My other medication is on national back order and they never once picked up the phone to tell me. Instead they kept canceling my order and telling me to call them when they don’t pick up the freaking phone! I was on hold for an HOUR yesterday. Then they had the audacity (again) to tell me the $400 name brand was in stock. If they would have called me two weeks ago when I requested the refill, I could have had my doctor call in an alternative. Instead they were impossible to get ahold of and forced me into a position where they gladly took my $400 instead of giving me time to get an alternative. Scammy, and unethical. I should consider legal action against this joke of a pharmacy.

The woman answering the phone at the pharmacy is extremely rude. Talked down to me almost immediately when I simply asked about prescriptions that were still pending for 6 days. Said things like…. Like I already told you, we don’t have them. I just wanted to know what I had to do. Just politely explain to me why there’s an issue with the prescriptions. Don’t talk down on customers and be a complete b about it. I’m transferring about 13 prescriptions to CVS today. Done with Walgreens. Been going there for years.

I see why the only have a 3.5 star review customer service is absolutely horrible, they all believe they are better than you and want to control you. Any Walgreens but this one, so many pharmacist come and go from the store. I wonder why
