Very bad service...they never call you to let you know about your medications and when they do and you go they tell you that they don't have it, in addition to always waiting more than thirty minutes

Horrible service...claimed system was down on Friday night, holiday weekend,.. Tried calling was on hold for over 30 min only to be led into this crazy repete loop, no chance to call into another pharmacy because of the holiday...I'll be switching pharmacies ...

The bathroom im using right now is seriously 10/10 clean. Smells great (for now) and you can really tell they take pride in keeping it clean and sanitary for their customers. Would definitely recommend if you need to use a public restroom. Worker was friendly too and pointed me right in the direction I needed to do my business. :)

Purchased a seasonal product that I didn’t anticipate returning since it was supposed to be used and not returned so I didn’t get a receipt. The product ended up being unusable and defective so I wanted to return for a refund. The manager would only give me the last sale price which I recognize is the policy for returns but managers absolutely should have an exception when an item is literally trash like actually going in the garbage and Walgreens sold a product in that condition. I would not know about it until opening it (which looks like a great reason to start doing so in the store now - I’m sure they really like a bunch of opened products everywhere and if this is the way they are going to be then it is what it is) We all know a manager could override in this scenario but alas they have so many customers it doesn’t matter to them. I will not be shopping at Walgreens anymore unless I was in the middle of nowhere and it was my only option. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 prescriptions on line Friday. Got confirmation and then pickup ready at 11:30 am Monday. Went in to pickup at 1:20pm. Only one ready. Other delayed. Not message saying delayed.I agree worst pharmacy ever. Not customer focused.

Alex who was working Saturday 2/11/23 was extremely professional, went above & beyond. Outstanding Customer Service from Alex. Looks like management needs to hire more people like Alex with a 2.9 star rating. Alex, keep doing what your doing big dog, you will go places far above & beyond Walgreens. Alex is a valuable asset to this store and I hope management is good to him.

If you want a verbal altercation with an urban attitude twist, head down to Walgreen at 10121 on Seminole Blvd, and have Cherea get in your face over misreading product codes that actually are BOGO, then have her run screaming through the store "She rippen off da tags!"... I took the BOGO tag to the front register of the last item on the shelve to proove she was a incompetent. Which she was, because the tumeric in my hand was BOGO, then she accused cashier Ronda of reading the wrong product code over the radio. It wasn't the wrong code, Cherea was looking at the wrong Tumeric.

The pharmacy always closes early even when the time is 5mins before close they close sometimes 10mins before so us that work and need our meds on time get there and are out of them are told sorry we cashed out our registers already. I'm sorry but all of you should be fired especially since my meds should have been ready Friday but you were out so I had to wait till today you said call at 430 I get there 5mins before closing and you said you closed already I can have seizures without my medication but all you care about is leaving work not people you need to lose your job!!!!!

Went today, 1-10-23 had to pickup up Photos for my grandparents, I'm visiting them .Danielle was so friendly and understanding. Beautiful store , well - lit.

Transferring all my prescriptions away from Walgreens because the pharmacist here is incredibly rude and condescending.I called in and told the pharmacist I wanted to see if a medication was in stock, to which the pharmacist immediately said “I can’t tell you if it’s in stock if you’re asking about a controlled substance!” (It wasn’t, I was just calling about my diabetes medicine). Not sure why she was so jumpy, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and after I told her it wasn’t a controlled substance I then gave her the name of the medicine. The pharmacist had a difficult time getting the spelling right, so I repeated the spelling a couple times and she finally got it right. Then when she realized I was giving her the generic name of the medication, she started giving me an incredibly condescending speech about how I shouldn’t ask for the medication by the generic name and I should only ask for it by it’s brand name (most likely because of her embarrassment at not being able to spell the generic name). I interrupted her and told I would check elsewhere because she was being very rude. She said “okay, that’s fine!”.Walgreens would benefit greatly by making sure their pharmacists receive some basic customer service training.
