This pharmacy is the absolute worst and a bunch of unprofessional and rude people. Messing up prescriptions, and the final straw: my girlfriend was trying to fix a prescription issue and the pharmacist was rude and laughing at her. When I confronted him, he and his manager we're dismissive and insinuated I was lying about it. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, they lost our business. If this is the norm for all Walgreens then I can see why so many are being closed.

I just want to say that the pharmacy department’s pharmacist Is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever talked to. We had an issue with a prescription that one of my family members needed to get and he proceeded to badger her about what she should be, and shouldn’t be taking. She has a long history of illness, and has been on medication of that nature for many years, and he proceeded to make her feel as if she was insignificant and then hung up on her after he laughed in her face on the phone, I don’t think this pharmacist should have a job if he is going to sit there and try to play God to his customers and then laughs in their faces and tell them that their medicines aren’t good for them. It’s none of his business what medicine anybody is prescribed by a doctor, his job is to either fill, or non-fill…. not to go on record with anyone. I will be taking this to the highest superior for Walgreens, because his blatant disregard for her needs, and the demeaning way he hung up and laughed in her face was absolutely appalling.

disgusting way of treating patients, truly sad how they make you feel like a criminal for picking up your medication that your doctor prescribed especially during a time like this. i have personal things happening and having to take a trip out of state and he is refusing to give my medication that my doctor clearly said was ok to refill early given the circumstances of my situation.

The pharmacy tech was so nice!! I was over 500 miles away from my local pharmacy and knew getting a rx filled was going to be a nightmare, he made it super easy and painless!! Getting sick on vacation is not fun but truly thankful I didn’t have to jump through hoops get my meds!

The lady with the accent judges way to much every time you ask me to sign up for a credit card for a free 25 dollars after I say no thank you everytime u have to say oh so u don't want free money or who doesnt want free money...me i do not... thats why i say no thank you no i do not want to ruin my credit for 25 dollars of free money .. lady im paying with food stamps..Noone there ask me anymore but u still insist on asking and then making snide comments right after I say no ..Rude unethical does not need to be interacting with customers if they are judging people straight to their faces put her in the back stocking

I’m sure anyone who suffers from AHDH knows the typical hoops you have to jump through in order to get your prescription medication filled. As I type this, I’m currently three days without my medication. It’s not a huge deal, but there is a significant difference when I’m on it. I had my usual prescription filled at this location last month. My doctor filled my script for a refill two days ago. However, for whatever reason this pharmacy requested verification from my doctors office. Not a big deal, this type of treatment is typical. Moving on, earlier this morning I received a call from my doctor’s office. They informed me that my medication had been verified. Again this has already been three days since I originally opted to have my prescription filled at this location. When I called the pharmacist with this information. He explained to me that my prescription had not been verified yet. I explained to him that it had. The next few minuets were a bit surreal. I would explain to the pharmacist that he was wrong. Where he would say that he was right. Until it got to the point where he asked someone in the background if the prescription had been verified. They affirmed that it had been. After arguing with me and subsequently being proven wrong by one of his coworkers. Instead of apologizing for his behavior, he stated that I need to give them more time to do their job. Keeping in mind it’s been three days since I started the process of refilling this script with the only progress that seemed to be made was due to my individual, I was bit put off by the entire experience. All I could manage in response is that I’m a patient at this pharmacy and that he should not speak to me that way. His response was, before hanging up on me was to say that, “you are not going to have your script filled here.” When I called my doctor’s office with this information. I was informed that the pharmacist lied about their reasoning for refusing a script was due to where I lived. This was not an issue last month.TL;DR After losing an argument they started. Pharmacist refuses a patient medication and then lies about their reasoning to do so.

Emily, the pharmacist went out her way to help me. She was very patient and kind. The pharmacy was very busy, but that didn’t stop her from helping me.

I just called this pharmacy with a question. A lady called Valerie answer the phone and was extremally rude and disrespectful from the very beginning of the call as I was trying to explain to her the reason for the call. Then she just hanged up the phone. Later someone else picked up and said that they were just busy. I am really busy as well but I take care of my clients, always. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and everybody is really nice. But it seems that every time that I have to deal with this Valery is always a hassle. The only reason that I have not transfer all my prescriptions to another company is because the pharmacist, Jeromy, and the other ladies on staff. Learn to respect your clients because after all, that is the reason you have a job.
