I met with "Lo" the branch manager with a difficult problem. She worked tirelessly on my behalf. She was patient, kind, articulate, intelligent, and caring. We are still trying to tesolve the problem but she has been the utmost professional!!

During my visit I was met by a gentleman named Kaven, he was very helpful and knowledgeable while trying to open my new account. I appreciate the good customer at this branch.

Idiots don't answer the phone for days for an urgent matter. Pure laziness and carelessness. Useless bank. Need to speak to a human being on the phone, thanks for being useless

Has no drive throughA bank with no bankers. They want you to make appointment for next day to get anything done, hope you can make multiple trips! Was convenient on busy seminole blvd but they moved to 113 st and now it’s inconvenient. Everything they have changed is only for banks benefit, none of this helps customers better. I opened 2nd account at other bank so I can use them as little as possible

I'm so dissapointed in Wells Fargo. They don't answer their phone and rarely help. My personal banker, Rich Ranaldi has been a help and is trying. Don't know how they keep him. However, Rich can't even help with some of the ridiculous policies and limitations. It was going down hill when Wachovia, worse now. B of A or Chase aren't any better. I've had MUCH better experiences with online banking.======Update:Now I have trouble with Zelle, which is convenient to use. I got a Zelle expert on the phone from Wells, and she didn't know the correct limits and couldn't tell me why a Zelle transfer failed, so she lied to me (or she just didn't know). Where do they get these people??? B of A is actually WAY better for Zelle than Wells.Once I find another bank, I'll drop Wells in a heartbeat.

We had an appointment to do paperwork on our trust account which had been hacked. I called ahead to make sure the paperwork was ready. I was told they could not do anything in advance and that it would take 30 minutes to an hour to do the necessary paperwork. I've decided to just close the account. This is the same account the teller a week before would not let me withdraw my own money from. Why does the government keep bailing out these banks. Absurd.

I read the reviews and don't know, maybe I got lucky?!Staff was very friendly. I had two questions for which I was forced to turn to two different managers. I was accepted almost immediately and after 20 minutes I went out fully assured my questions

I go to this location occaisionally on a Saturday before noon time (states they are open) and every time I get there the drive-thru is closed.

Was called a liar in front of customers by a teller. Have called escalation for a week and asked to speak with branch manager with no responses. Obvious Wells Fargo and this branch do not value their customers. Completely disrespectful and insulting to be spoken to in that way.
