Concerned about some investments, I scheduled a consultation with an advisor from my bank, Wells Fargo. Brian Tullinski met with me at the bank (and even accommodated my delay).Not at all what I expected, he was really and truly a fiduciary! He showed me some comparative tools that he uses to evaluate investments and also took the time to explain the federal reserve, in a way that I understood clearly for the first time. At no time did I feel pressured in any way to move assets around. This was an educational experience - for free!I have always felt that my Wells Fargo branch has professional and friendly service and staff. This confirmed that I am banking at the right place. Highly recommend them!

Deborah Parrish and her team have been helping our family for almost 20 years. We would not recommend any other bank in the Sand Key area. We have moved from Indian Shores to other places in Pinellas County but still maintain a great relationship with this branch. I'm giving them five stars if I could give them six, I would!

Very disappointed in Wells Fargo lobbies are not open on weekends at some locations due to staffing . My mother had passed away in 2020 and little did I know we needed to keep a minimal balance in accts to avoid a fee being charged . The bank representative that helped close the account was very helpful she was even so kind she went to the bank manager to see if they could refund the charges that was not approved . Really not a big issue .What the issue is the bank representative that closed out the account explained the process they process a cashiers check and will cash that day .the teller had seen me sitting with the bank representative closing my account even seen her come behind the counter to get the cashiers check . Once it was time to cash the cashiers check the teller was just rude asked for my drivers license I get that , she said she need a second form of id asked if I had a credit card or a debit card that was signed . My cards are not signed for security reasons she proceeds to tell me in condescending tone to sign the back of my debit card . I explained to her there not signed for security issues . I ended up having to provide my social security card . The issue is she seen me sitting getting help from another bank representative and knew why I was there is it really necessary to need 2 forms for a check less then $1,000 and be rude Glad we don’t bank with Wells Fargo on a regular checking … piece of advice to the teller maybe be a little nicer and not so condescending and people would be more willing to open an account with Wells Fargo

I've been at business customer with you guys for 25 years you have a teller there that I avoid like the plague every time I come in which is only to deposit checks she hassles me about the way I have things filled out and it's not one time two times three times four times it's every time I come in soon I will be retiring and I will definitely be closing my account and never ever dealing with Wells Fargo ever again.

Horrible experience at this branch. The bank teller Erik recently put my check in the wrong person's account. I gave him my ID my debit card and the check was in MY name! Now they are telling me 10 to correct it. Will never return to that branch.

Wonderful customer service here. Knock themselves out trying to help. Esp. Chris Colon. I don't understand the negative ratings this bank has. People are slow to praise when people do things right, but eager to complain if they don't get what they want instantly.

The Oakhurst Branch saved the day when the Seminole Branch was a huge disappointment. The manager and the lady at the Oakhurst branch were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They saved Wells Fargo from loosing our business forever!
