I have rented from Shalimar Rentals for the past three years and I found them to be extremely professional very upfront. There’s no hidden fees there’s no hidden cost. I loved my duplex and I would’ve stayed if I hadn’t gotten a job in a different state. I highly recommend that you rent from them.
