Took me and my six-year-old in there just to get our nails basically painted and he shook his head and turned down our service and sent us out the door that is the worst customer service I have ever had. We didn't want anything fancy all we wanted was our nails basically painted and he wouldn't do it. If you wanna walk out of the nail salon with your six-year-old, crying and disappointed why don't you stop here I'm sure they would love to turn down your service.

Mark is awesome!! I’m from out of town and didn’t realize you needed to have an appointment. He was able to get me in that day on a cancellation: One of the best I’ve been to across the country. Even for someone who lives out of town he took the time to do a great job. 100% recommend

After walking in and standing by the door he asked me what I needed done. I told him pedicure. I stood there about 5 or 6 minutes then he stand he can't get to me. The atmosphere was blah. He wasn't friendly. No one was nice and greeted me. People now adays are just now into friendly customer service. That's money they are losing. I came to Beautiful nails right after and 3 People greeted me. It was still kinda busy. They sat me right away and it was a very nice experience. I really appreciate when someone takes the extra step and makes you feel welcome!

Cleanliness: Very clean environment
Stylist: Mark & Lyn are the best. Gel manicures last 3 to 4 weeks.

I've been going to La Nails for at least 15 years. THINGS I LIKE: Convenient to my residence Easy to get an appointment Clean environment Service request usually met THINGS I DON'T LIKE: Price varies for the same service from one visit to the next both higher and lower? Tech is rushing through service (2 minor injury incident in last 6 months) As of late tech is condescending (familiarity breeds contempt?) THINGS I HATE: Technicians speak with each other in their native language, often giggle and laugh ... at us the customers? Will I go back? IDK Maybe after the memory of yesterday's visit fades, for sure NOT to the same technician!

I went in this morning to get a basic gel pedicure. The lady had me seated. Mind you they just opened at 9:30am. I arrived at approximately 9:36am. When I was seated there was a towel there that appeared dirty. I asked the nail tech if the towel was clean she states yes. Then she goes into the closest across from my view the door is half open. She walks in and grabs the nail tools. The nails tools were already in the container. I asked her if they were sanitized. She said yes. I told her they typically come in a close package when using new nail tools when they are sanitized And she says "no we don't do that". Then she ask if I've been here before I said yes. I've been here a few times but it's been a while since I've came. I told her I normally go to Queen nails. Then she states "why didn't you go there instead? I was like because they don't open till later and I have to be at work. Then she said well you should have gone there because they know who you are and they know what you like. I was ready to walk out of there because she was being rude to me at this point but again I only had about an hour to spare because I needed to be at work so in my mind I'm like I'm gonna be the bigger person and ignore her bad customer service, and roll with the punches. She then ask to pick my color I picked white. Then she says white doesn't last long it chips off fast. I told her I never had a problem with getting a white gel pedicure. It usually lasts me a really long time and she said well I'm just letting you know I did tell her if this happens within a day or two, I will be back for it to be fixed. She charged me $56.00. She didn't put soap in the water or anything to wash my feet. She barely even filed my nails. Then she complained about using her spa lotion on me and how expensive it is to buy. She also complained on how my toe nail is shape and not to cut them the way I do. And at this point I'm like never again will I return here. I wish I know her name but I don't. For me, it's all about customer service and being sanitized with their nail tools. Again I've been here before with no issues but this nail tech gave me a reason not return again.

Mr Mark and Mrs Lynn are AMAZING. They have been doing my nails for almost a year. My pedicures are A+ (Lynn), and Mr Mark does my nails. Out of this whole year with him i’ve never had one pop off. I go 3 weeks between appointments!Services: Foot massages

I got my lashes done here. Ms. Cathy was quick and did a great job. My lashes are about 2 weeks old and I still have about 80% of them. That's after swimming in pools, oceans, and rope swinging into a river. They are really good quality and look natural.
