“I've rented from these guys several times over the years. They have always worked with me and been helpful anytime I need it. They offer great services and Martha is very kind and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond her duties several times when I've dropped in, even helped out with my fussy baby once.
Most units I've rented from in my past don't even have anyone there- just put the money in a box somewhere. It's nice to stop in and actually see and talk to someone. I highly recommend them out of anyone in this area.
They also provide Uhaul services, I have not used but one time I did witness a customer who had used their Uhaul services returning and he seemed pleased with his experience.”

“Stored my trailer here back in 2021 while we were in town and brought our boat for vacation. Great service and even has water to rinse the boat and trailer before we headed back home to Texas. This year I called and unfortunately they can’t help us during our planned week, but Susan was super helpful and helped find a place that could accommodate us and even made some calls to make sure that I went to the best marina for the size of boat I’m bringing this time. I look forward to staying with them again in the future. Highly recommend Susan and D & J Dry Storage.”

The unit was clean and easily accessible. Their rate was the best I could find in town. You paid the prorated amount for the first month plus a 29.99 one time administrative to sign up. “First, and a huge thing for me, customer service is comparable (imo better) to Chick Fil A (coming from a former Chick Fil A team member). Tara is the MVP award winner. Period. Was transferring to a bigger & climate controlled unit. Upon arrival I realized the a.c. wasn't putting out cold, or much, air. Luckily it was starting to rain and tbh, not a life or death issue, however with it being after hours, I didn't expect much until the following day, but still notified the office. Within 6 minutes, I checked, Tara had it arranged to where I'd be in a new unit "by tomorrow".. which was perfect...then before I could text back a thank you! She messaged me with my new unit # she'd assigned and said was ready and awaiting my entry... Like she didn't just have to do extra stuff and deal with madness.. (yes, I know it's her job- but have you experienced 90% of other employees in every business anywhere having to go out of their way to do their job+ ?! Thank you, Tara!!) I have never had a problem solved in such haste, EVER, on the phone, in person, or online. Proficient, friendly, outstanding, well mannered, 10/10 on customer service. I also love the 24/7 access and appreciate the understanding that not everyone is on the same schedule. Also, the units are pull up which is so convenient! The security may not seem like it's adequately set up, however, there are cameras everywhere (noticable during the day) and either a Valparaiso officer parked facing towards the facility on airport side- or a Niceville officer circling the block making rounds... It is exactly enough to make me feel safe enough to be here at any hour if I need to grab something! Pretty clean too and very well maintained. i will absolutely be a walking advertisement.”
