“Excellent flea market style thrift / antique store. Sooo much to see! Definitely the best thrift store we visited in the area. Very organized, fun selection of items to peruse. Employees were friendly and helpful. Angel wing painting outside to take your picture with. Lots of vintage and antique decor as well as some newer homemade items.”

“My Husband and I spent an hour at the Destin GoodWill on 2/14/26. Had fun looking thru all of the items for sale. Spent about $90. The cashier lady, Sylvia, was the sweetest, very pleasant to work with. We always enjoy this store!”

I urge you to go to the library and look at our entire report, but yes to your question. He sold 12 acres in 1911; sold 4 acres in 1914. Signed his will Oct. 3, 1915. He died Nov. 12, 1915. Will was probated in the new Okaloosa County beginning Jan. 2016. TC and Emma Brooks were inheritors of his 119.5 acres. Your comment about his being remembered is why we did this. Thanks.”
