“I must said this. I've been a member of Vystar CU since 4/2015. I've dealt with the staff in Lake City for a number of years before I moved to the Ocala area. I thought the Lake City staff was tremendous until I got to Ocala. The Ocala branch in my opinion has stepped up their game compared to Lake City's.The new Branch manager who is filling in temporarily is awesome (sorry don't remember her name, but she's from the Villages branch).Then I met Deoni B. She is a very personable and a great customer service representative and Vystar should be honored that they have a person like Deoni B. working for them. Deoni is smart, informative, witty and a great person overall. If a position should ever open up in management and if she wants it, please reward her for her dedication to your banking establishment. Because it's people like Deoni B. that makes banking easier.Now, I have met another awesome teller and her name is Elancia Rice. This is only the 2nd time I've dealt with Elancia because she is helping with filling in from the Villages branch. It's going to be ashamed when she leaves to go back to her branch. She's funny, personable and has character and a great personality. She is the future face of the banking industry.These 2 woman are what customer service representatives should always be. Not a stuffy shirt, but an open and personable person. I tend to drive to the bank more just to chat and do business knowing that their there and will always be greeted by a kind face and their great personality. They are the future of banking and more customer service representatives need to be like them.Thank you Vystar credit union for having staff in this branch that are awesome. And I would also like to mention that I'm sure the other members of that branch are great, but these are the 2 that I love dealing with and standout to me. I even let others go ahead of me just to deal with Deoni B. and or Elancia Rice.”
