“We had issue with fraud on our Business Account. There was barely any wait. Kelly, the Associate assisting us, she was so patient and helpful. She resolved our issues and just said “I am sorry you are dealing with this.” Precious. So grateful for her. I am posting specifically for our Belleview BOA location. It was a great experience under our circumstances. I must add BOA did stop a fraudulent transaction that would have drained our account. Thumbs up to Corporate as well. Glad we are banking here.”
“Sarah and AJ were amazing to work with. I brought my elder parents on a Friday 3/13/26 at 445p to do some banking. Needing a bit of work, these two just stepped right in and made every effort to ensure my parents' needs were met. This took til after hours and they never batted an eye! They all stuck with us and ensured the actions were correct even when the connecting institution was limited and were challenging to work with. AJ stepped right up and voiced his concern to protect my parents with the actions they were requesting. AJ did this in the most professional and respectful way.
