“Sarah and AJ were amazing to work with. I brought my elder parents on a Friday 3/13/26 at 445p to do some banking. Needing a bit of work, these two just stepped right in and made every effort to ensure my parents' needs were met. This took til after hours and they never batted an eye! They all stuck with us and ensured the actions were correct even when the connecting institution was limited and were challenging to work with. AJ stepped right up and voiced his concern to protect my parents with the actions they were requesting. AJ did this in the most professional and respectful way. We REALLY appreciate the kindness and professionalism of your staff and facility!! Thank you so much. Highly recommend this branch!”

“The reason we felt compelled to recognize excellence at this branch is because of one exceptional personal banker. Her name is Sharonda. She has helped us enormously in dealing with an extremely stressful fraud event on our bank accounts. She was the ONLY person in all of the Wells Fargo network (we talked to dozens of other employees in an effort to communicate what had happened. She was above all a great communicator, representative of terrific customers service and patient and intelligent in a very stressful and emotional situation.”

“I have been with Regions since 1997. I only have good things to say about the people who work there. They are very helpful and super friendly. Knowing I can count on them when needed is important to me. There are many other banks in the area, but the gals and guys at Regions in Belleview make it a pleasure to bank with. I won't go anywhere else.”

“We had issue with fraud on our Business Account. There was barely any wait. Kelly, the Associate assisting us, she was so patient and helpful. She resolved our issues and just said “I am sorry you are dealing with this.” Precious. So grateful for her. I am posting specifically for our Belleview BOA location. It was a great experience under our circumstances. I must add BOA did stop a fraudulent transaction that would have drained our account. Thumbs up to Corporate as well. Glad we are banking here.”

“Where do I begin??I was beyond thrilled and relieved to see that this location had the soonest availability (next day) compared to others around town who had nothing for weeks!Although we arrived late for my scheduled appointment time we were extremely grateful to Kelly for being so willing to still assist us.She was extremely patient, professional and thorough each step of the way! She even went the extra mile by showing me how to use a few tools through the mobile banking app!I was also pleasantly surprised when approached by the manager on our way out who took the time to introduce himself, asked if we were all taken care of and thanked us for banking there !Absolutely amazing customer care!! Thank you !!”
