That store is disgusting. It’s dirty. I would be afraid to go over to the fountain drink section. Every time I walk in there there’s garbage everywhere. Nobody has wiped the counters. The floors are disgusting. It is absolutely one of the worst stores in the Ocala Silver Springs area for being a Circle K. I can’t believe they remodeled and did a bunch of stuff in there, but it’s still gross. If I was the owner, I would definitely be visiting my store more often. normally I won’t go in there, but I was low of gas and didn’t have a choice. And it just reminds me why I don’t go in there And definitely don’t use the bathrooms. Whoever is the manager in that store. Definitely needs to step up their game or get rid of the employees that don’t wanna do their job.

This store is incredibly mismanaged! Polar Pop never works well, one's that do leak water,slow to replenish when empty, store dirty most of the time

This store's manager is constantly talking to her employees like their nothing more than trash, she doesn't help in the store often, she sits outside smoking when the store is wreck and line is long, she never seems happy to be there, and the staff is dwindling down dramatically. I don't know who really thinks this person in charge should be running this location but they were dead wrong, what's even more ridiculous is that I've been to the forest store location as well and I've seen her put in more effort there than she does here, I don't get it.

If i could give 0 stars I would, I went in to put gas with my 4 year old. I told the cashier my daughter needed to use the bathroom and she conveniently mentioned it was out of order and then responded it is what it is. Then I said ok well let me put gas and also conveniently no apple pay or tap…one thing for sure, she suck.

The nastiest circle k I’ve been to in a WHILE. No napkins in any dispenser. The fountain drink area way OVER FLOWING with ice and drinks. Every single cup under , was disgusting. Multiple employees behind the counter.

They are no help when self check out takes money for gas and doesn't give you the gas. Then your out of money and gas. And you have to go through corporate to get your money back.

No toilet paper or soap in both bathrooms. When we told the cashier she said she was about to leave so she didn’t help us. Another guy came up and handed me toilet paper but said he didn’t know where the soap was.

I care about the employees here since I see them daily.
I do not care about Circle K corporation since they are owned by a Canadian but more importantly, they are a "woke" "woke" company.
I watch as if it was TV.
Almost daily people come in and steal using their "kiosks".
Have they learned yet? Nope. I'll explain as I just saw it again in plain site tonight...
All you have to do is put the product down NEAR the kiosk and if the attendant is alone and does not see it...leave. Seriously. It's that easy.
Recent example...I watched a dude do this with two packs of cookies today. Just as I said...he put the cookies down, and waited for the kiosk to sound off as if the sale was concluded...then he simply walked out without paying because the one cashier on duty was busy with a customer. I did tell her it happened and she was not surprised if anything. She was defeated and I feel bad she works for such a company.
They lose 10k monthly at this store...yet still haven't learned. They will not learn and at least you got fed!
If they are going to be that stupid have at it. We do not need Canadian-owned "woke' companies anyhow.
If Circle K tries to have this removed...Ill just repost. This company is "woke" and Canadian and we do not need such garbage here.
