Looked for 10 minutes for my item, couldn't find it, asked the sales associate, took me right to it, I did ask the pharmacy and they were very rude and didn't know told me to ask up front

PHARMACY MISLEADING!!!!
I just moved to Silver Springs my insurance told me I could use CVS for my scripts. My doctors sent over my prescriptions and I received a text one was ready and the other was ordered. After days of going back and forth being told it was on order or they don't have my script. I called doctors office and they told me they spoke with pharmacy and was told they are not taking new customers with teir 2 prescriptions. After almost 3 weeks, why did CVS not inform me to begin with. I would not have been as upset if they just told me. Train your workers better!!

Horrible experience waited over an hour to receive my prescription. When the pharmacist had questions about the prescription I was told by the pharmacist “they didn’t answer.” I couldn’t believe this and I called myself to which they answered on the first ring. Crazy. Don’t waste your time at this location.

If you are on a controlled prescription it a. Pain too get it refill. We have a prescription we tried to refill on Friday. They told my wife to call Saturday. On Saturday we call CVS and the told they said they can't fill it June 25. My step son been with it for 3 days. Dr office was not open Saturday or Sunday or Monday. Tuesday we call the doctor told them that CVS we not going to fill it. Doctor look in the computer and said they should fill it and there was a prescription for. They we call CVS Tuesday and finally got it Thuesday. My step son had a breakdown be without his medication for 3 days. This has happened 5 times since CVS is the only place out in the forest. Winn Dixie was a lot better place to get or meds. Sucks that they don't do prescription anymore. We are moving prescription alwhere.

This is the third time I’ve come back for the same prescription. If you have a controlled substance that has been prescribed by your doctor the pharmacist here will be beyond rude, question it, tell you about your medical conditions (which are already likely aware of) tell you it’s backordered or it’s on manufacturers backorder and treat you like you’re a drug seeking idiot. Having prescriptions filled is a big power-play here In this country now and nowhere is it more evident than this place. Choose another pharmacy if you can. Also calling the pharmacy board is a good idea. I’m a retired prescriber and this is what’s I’m going to do. The only redeeming thing about this pharmacy is Sunitha who treated me like a human being and the PATIENT that I am. She gets five stars And this pharmacy and CVS in general get one
