Horrible unprofessional pharmacist that hung up on me because I called FL board pharmacy about transferring my count 2 drug to another retail pharmacy because the pharmacist refused to fill my opiate Rx as she said they took over Winn Dixie’s patients and all the opiates she now has to fill and she also mentioned her “ DEA allocated amount of meds she is to order is at its max but the board told me to call the DEA and they were not on her side for not refilling as there were no grounds for her to refuse as she has to have valid reason not to fill and that she can transfer the electronic Rx. I told them I felt she was discriminating me thinking I was a junkie ! Because of pain med is I take is known for heroin addicts but due to ignorance and judgement of many professionals that don’t care that it has been used prior to me retiring from my RN profession in 2010 as it uses are in non malignant pain as well as malignant pain !I know how some of these professionals act towards certain patients as I have witnessed too much cruelty towards patients with RNs refusing to give prescribe opiates for the dying patient because they are so uneducated and uncaring that they just allow the family to see there loved one going thru death with the gasping for breath at the end ! Why put loved ones thru these last memories ! Or one nurse that refused to make an addict of a dying patient throw a O2 mask on the dying !No one give 02 to the dying ! Then the pharmacist in villages who got fired for calling my Harvard graduate MD a “ drug dealer” !! Because I have a rare genetic form of Narcolepsy! Well her Harvard graduate Cardiologist husband was in a rage ! The next day the pharmacist was fired and all her games she played with delaying my meds !But to hang up on a customer is just unprofessional as we all know we deal with all type’s personalities but you don’t hang up on them because I wanted to know the pharmacy laws because what her contradiction statements did not make sense and had a sinister over tone !Today I called CVS compaints dept about this pharmacist unprofessional conduct and discrimination against patients who take Methadone for pain and today the complaint dept called her and she said my Doctor sent a Rx to Walgreens ! I called Walgreens 1 hour after talking to complaint person and guess what not only is this pharmacist an unprofessional but she is a blatant liar !Because Walgreens never rec’d it so call back to doctor to resend a new Rx to Walgreens and told them what and how I was treated w pharmacist slamming the phone down on me !She does not deserve to hold a license being a liar ! That is the lowest any professional can go ! Could you see a doctor lying to a patient! They would be called before the board of licenses!Good luck to new customers or established customers as this judgemental pharmacist is what no patient deserves and she does not ven follow FL board of pharmacies statues ! Per the Fl board of pharmacies !She just likes being the big dog and do what she feels is right !

Only cashier on duty was on her phone when I got to the checkout counter. No big deal. I said hello to her. She didn't acknowledge me. Ended up just using the self-checkout. Why even bother?

Isabella from the pharmacy was so polite and courteous ready to help , like a breath of fresh air, so kind and polite always smiling just wanted to say how wonderful it was to visit this CVS and I will definitely be shopping here again thanks to her !

Shameful service. It’s an absolute fight to get prescriptions. Don’t dare need a prior auth. Or anything related they will have you looking a complete fool. Calling doctors offices and insurance companies vs doing their jobs. It’s horrendous service. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and still never got anything. Everyone has an attitude. Wont let you finish what you’re saying. Find another pharmacy!

Stopped for cough drops, which he found easily. Store was neat and clean, checkout without a CVS card is not one of my favorites, otherwise it's okay.

I just called to ask if the had something in stock. Before I could get all my words out the guy on the phone is snapping no no no no we don’t ha that. I’m like how do you even know when I didn’t finish what I was asking. So rude not helpful. Maybe find someone who wants to work.

This pharmacy is terrible. If I cld give it a 1/2 star or none I would've. Their wait times are ridiculously long for any prescription. Like 2-3 hrs today I called bc I had several questions regarding covid testing and results. The kid was very rude from the start of the conversation. Consistently cutting me off, snarky as hell. I still continued to call him sir. When I had finally had enough and asked his name so I cld report it to corporate. He then hung up on me. His name is Kenneth. He offers the absolutely WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've ever had anywhere. He also lied to me when I asked to speak with a manager, telling me he was. Found out he wasn't, he's just a tech. I've tried to get my daughter tested at this location twice. The first time their computers were down. The second time they didn't have test kits. Never once do they think to contact people who have appointments. This store is awful!! If u want to treated poorly, waste ur time, wait forever on prescriptions, and/or not get information that you need regarding covid then this stores for you.
