I tried to exchange outdoor lights that were only 1 1/2 weeks old.The store manager came running out of the office stating store policy doesn’t do exchanges w/o receipt.I said ok I’ll purchase 2 more. When the gentleman was cashing me out he tried to help me find my receipt as I use fetch. Again she came running out of the office wanting to know what the problem was. I looked up General Dollars store policy on exchanges. The manager was incorrect. I was telling a friend in my 55* community and she stated she would drive the extra miles before going into “That store again.”

Always seems to be cluttered in the isles with carts of products that need to be stocked which makes it hard to move around the store. If it wasn't for that I would give it 5 stare

Was in there today to pick up a few items, the store associate that was at the front by self checkout watch me Scan my items and pay for them got my receipt was walking out the associate act like I was trying to steal something Either she is blind or just plain stupid oh never visit there again

Highly recommend this store. Kimberly (manager), Meredith (assistant manager), Lisa (key holder) and Cindy (key holder) are very pleasant and helpful. I givet it 5 stars and I highly recommend.

I don't understand why corporate renovated and updated this store because it is worse than ever. Worst Dollar General I have ever been in and I have been in a lot. However, I do visit every month or two to give them a chance to change my mind. Corporate needs to figure out a better way to stock the store because they are always out of stock of something I need. I went in today to get a large bag of any of four different brands of dog food, standard light bulbs and colored Christmas tree lights. They were out of everything! How do you run out of colored Christmas tree lights on December 1st?The store is always a mess. It's extremely difficult to shop with a cart because half of the aisles are blocked at any given time. It's hard to find anything, even an employee to help you.The store holds an air of customer neglect. I assume that there are employees working somewhere in the store but they can be hard to find. When I went there a month or so ago, I had to leave the things I had intended to purchase. The only way to pay in cash was through the employee register. Self checkout was card only. I waited about 5 minutes and no employee showed up to check me out, so I just left.I predict that this store will be out of business soon enough.

Only self check out open. Sorry I don't work there. I put my items down and went to Family Dollar. I am so glad I did, I found everything I needed and was checked out AND the prices were cheaper. Thanks for NOT checking me out.

The lady that helped me was rude and very unprofessional! Tried to help carry the FedEx I was picking up she snatched it and turned into me with the rug. I didn't say anything. We went to the register a tag was over top of my address because it was in my friends name but we live at the same address. She told me to stop that is our until you are released with it. She was having a hard time releasing it because it wasn't in my name. She asked me why he couldn't come in and I told her that my friend broke his leg and he had to work. I told her she needs to shut up.

Aisles blocked with carts of product to put away. Prices on some products not what it is at checkout. This happens at most of the. Example hefty ziplocks marked at 2 for 5.50 rings separate at 3.35 a piece. This not good for seniors trying to save.

I pity the sweet cashier who was working there. But for several years they just take every ounce of inventory they have the stash them in the aisles to the point that you can't even walk around in the store.
